Example of how its done.

1. Lie on your right side, bring your left knee up a little (as if climbing a ladder).

That is basically the position.

From there, he can effectively lower himself into a lying on his side position (would be his right side, whilst you follow him by rolling onto back, your left leg will be over his pelvis/body whilst your right will be between his thighs.

I know what he means, me and hubby use this position.
