Asking the dads on here and the ladies too if they have an opinion. Pubic hair on men, yes or no, thinking about removing to see if DW likes it and yes it would be simpler to just ask but she probably wouldn’t give an opinion

I also post extensively on issues from mental health to dogs, books, tv and everything in between, as I’m sure you know as you seem to follow my posts so extensively, website design isn’t easy, but maybe MN admins might look at making dadsnet a separate and extensive site then I can happily put posts on there without upsetting people and I’m not sure anyone has specifically discussed my pubes, rather answered a general question of yes or no, but as we also know, men aren’t allowed an opinion

You could suggest that to the mumsnet.

I don’t follow your posts ‘extensively’, but when men post here about something like this, I’ve found it’s always a good idea to use the AS function that mumsnet helpfully provides, to see posting history. Unfortunately mumsnet has had a lot of creepy, pervy men posting over the years. I’m sure the good men wouldn’t begrudge women being cautious. The not so good men on the other hand, tend to get pissed off about it.

Well I’m not pissed off-that people are concerned that some men are pervs, I know I post on the sex thread, quite a number have been where people have asked about effects of medication or vasectomy on sex, but that same function shows I’ve posted on 10 non sex threads for every post I’ve put on the sex thread, plenty of women also post extensively on that thread, I know some women find it difficult to grasp, but some of us men actually have a lot of useful life experiences and we are not all totally obsessed with sex

Why are some people talking about vulva? This has got nothing to do with vulva or whether it looks young or not. Bizarre!

It's the presence of hair particularly that's the question. And of course that's going to be linked to pre or post pubescent...it's being there or not naturally is a signifier of one or the other.

Personally it's a huge turn off for me to see a man shaved like that. Gives me the ick.

If it's so trivial why did you comment on it in the first place?
