Pleased to see G managing to stay upright for long enough to take his win. Do we remember the Commonwealth Games in Edinburgh when he did something similar though a lot further out? No-one around him on a solo but still managed to fall off? That's talent.....Bike

And I thought G was up for the giro? But no mention of him on velogames, and the line ups do appear a bit...sparse. Felicity , can you do something about that please? Smile

Entry Deadline

The deadline for entries to be submitted is 14:00 CEST (Central European Summer Time) on Saturday 8th May 2021. That is 13:00 in the UK, and 08:00 on the US East Coast. Make sure to check how your own time zone differs from Central European Time to make sure you meet the entry deadline!

I've joined. We have been watching classics for 2 months on Eurosport so I have a good feeling what form is like for a lot of them (but unhelpfully not Evanpoel or Bernal). We shall see what happens...

I've applied the principles of sports science to arrive at the optimal team available for the budget allowed.

Naturally this means they will all fall off, sooner or later. Probably sooner.

Just how old is his nibbles now? He must be 125 yo at least.

I have applied the strict scientific method of Names I Still Recognise as I've not followed much sport at all this year. Apart from Taco, I picked him because his name is one of my favourite foods. Proper science that.

I do agree with Jofra, a rainy day is best enhanced by a grand tour starting.

Mr , thank you for asking! She is growing into being the most wonderful person ever. She is in her third year of nursing degree, and currently on final placement in A&E. After September she starts in Breast and Plastics Surgery/Reconstruction Unit. And a happy soul. Ever so, ever so proud.

Realised that when I first did a search on 'sensitive children' which led me to MN she was in junior one in primary. Blimey.

Is your young boy still ripping up the roads of Wales on his bike? Is he one of our team entrants??

He is not Pan, big boys both off at uni and the youngest has become, I can barely say it, a mountain biker Grin Bike Grin. Bet your daughter is having the time of her life in A&E it's always my favourite department if a bit of an eyeopener.

I remembered not a thing Endo but the delight of being one of the lowest scorers is always something I aspire too anyway, wooden spoon all the way.

Don't give up hope MrSlant. No matter how hard you try, young people can go off the road rails, but you've obviously laid solid foundations and he may, as he matures, return to the right bikes path. Stay strong.

Thank you, it's good to be with friends I can be honest with and who will understand my pain Grin. Thin end of the wedge though, I've started to actually quite like the clothes they wear. Keep your eyes on me in case I need an intervention.

Well, I have started the leader board in my favourite position at least. Can't decide whether to hope I stay down here or hope for some better results tomorrow.

I really should have learned by now that if you think about adding a rider to your velogames team, then don't they will storm the first stage. Just to shove it in your face.
