Its one thing to say she might believe he's innocent of rape.

But she knows he definitely had sex with someone else . And she's still there supporting him. She's a total mug.

I feel like the jury have been intimidated by the McG entourage. Recording/photographing them. Would not like to be those jurors, you would feel like you'll have them on your back for the rest of your life if he's found guilty.

I really hope Nikita gets a proper settlement that allows her to start a new life, away from CMs goons.

In Ireland, the media rarely mention him because he's essentially a pariah.
He also has links to crime families, his sister is going out with one of the Kinahans.

Ahh. It's a hard one because I think he did it but I don't think there's enough evidence for sexual assualt. I know they always want concrete evidence for that.

However I think there is enough evidence for physical assault. Is she suing for damages for physical assault too?

It is all over the media - rte, Irish times, Sunday world have a podcast. Everyone is talking about this case.

6pm is the end of the day latest they can deliberate to, his could go into next week.

I mean it's not like they have made the decision and are watching Netflix with feet up.

Would the court reconvene @6 if they reached a decision? I would have expected that to be a bit late for a civil case

I'm not Irish and I didn't know much about any of the people involved until I started following this case a few days ago, but as a survivor of SA, I can't help but shed a tear at this. Women are too often not believed and ripped apart in the the process...but she did it. What a woman.

How can Dee stand by him. Regardless of whether she thinks he raped this woman, he said he had sex with her and it was consensual.

Oh my God! That's great. I wasnt expecting that at all knowing how sexual assault cases are often treated in ireland and in other countries.

We all know how hard it is for a woman to get her story heard.

I'm delighted for her! She didn't just win for herself, she has given a great example to women in Ireland.
