Wasn't he filmed a year or two ago in the US going into the bathroom and some woman following him in? I honestly thought that was a publicity stunt but he must be a complete sicko. Thinks he is God's gift. Dee just looks like a fool putting up with it and having more babies. I bet they'll be announcing baby number 5 shortly after the trial.

And he was photographed in a hotel room with thr mother of his alleged lovechild.

The more I hear about it, the braver I think nikita is.

She's up against a lot. She probably only had the courage to go through with it because she's from the same area as him and she'll have support there. IE he won't be able to turn everyone there against her.

She looks like a complete fool is right. She also looks likes she condones his behaviour. Her silence speaks volumes. There’s a pair of them in it. Disgraceful arrogant fuckers.

She does look bad. I have to say.

James Lawrence - who put himself in the story - confused things by saying he had consensual sex with her afterwards. Otherwise I think it would be more clear cut - penetration irrefutably occurred and the physical evidence suggests it was forced.

The JL evidence muddies the water then.

My mum told me a story once. She had been friends with a man and a woman in London.

The woman said that the man raped her on a night out.

She charged him and it went to court.

At the time the man was allowed to bring up his friends as defense witnesses.

His friends said in court that they had all had sex with this woman too. They said that she was wild and loved sex.

The man was found innocent.

My mum said that she talked to one of the man's friends afterwards, and he told my mum that he had lied in court, and pretended that he had sex with the woman.

My mum said "why would you do that to her?"

And the man said "I couldn't let my friend go to jail".

That's exactly why I think james Lawrence has said that he has sex with this woman. To make her look like she is up for sex with different people.

He could be lying altogether.

The lift evidence did not do her any favours, she is claiming she does not remember in theory JL could be charged if she was deemed as incapable to give consent.

Obviously it's not going to happen, but the law is there.

The JL evidence should have been torn apart by her solicitor, asked him about consent pointed out the definition and ask if he was aware of the alcohol consumption. Put it to him it was a pack of lies concocted together to smear her name. Jury will be told to disregard but you can never unheard.

Didn't JL make a comment about her regretting this tomorrow as she had just bought a house with partner.

Nikita's friend supposedly said but I don't think that should have been allowed to stand if there could be no cross examination.

The friend is claiming to remember nothing that is absolutely bullshit.

I would be reevaluating that friendship, she is no friend.

This is the tip of the iceberg of assaults this man has perpetrated. I cannot believe he was cast in the Roadhouse movie, where was the due diligence there? Saw a few interviews with Jake Gyllenhall squirming next to him, bet he hated him.

Lisanoonan - I'm so sorry for what you have been through. I can imagine that it must be upsetting to hear about rape trials. It might bring back the frustration of an unfair system. I really hope that he is found guilty. Hand is incredibly brave.

It was agreed that CMG was paying his legal fees.

But he muddied the water by throwing himself in the story. Hand had good medical evidence.

That at some point hand got upset, her clothes were ripped and this was witnessed by both the colleague and JL. CMG decided to leave and brought the friend so he would know where he lived.

JL stayed to "clean things up" and access what the situation was. She only remembers what happens to her later on and starts to get upset.

When she left she said the security guard said.Is CMG happy for you to go? Can't remember when this evidence came up.

I believe Nikita Hand but I've heard rumours that the sex was consensual and that she's looking for a massive payout! This is depressing as she spoke about her serious injuries.

Re rumours, no-one can fake the injuries that Nikita Hand received @Sarajane9169 and the tampon evidence is pretty damning too.

But there will always be apologists for violence against women.

She didn't just speak about her injuries she was accessed at the sexual assault clinic.

How did she fake choke marks? Bruising ? A stuck tampon?

Paramedic gave evidence and said she had never seen the bruising she had before, it was extensive

This trial came after the DPP chose not to prosecute yet another rape case.

She wanted justice, the state let her down, this is the best she can do.

She has been vilified, intimidated, abuse both online and in person.

She has had her entire life shattered for a few €€'s.

CMcG saying she had sex with ‘multiple’ people - by which, the cross-examining barrister clarified, he meant two, him and JL - suggests to me he’s throwing mud and promised JL his protection. Am I right that JL’s DNA was not found? Is that possible even with a condom?

I hope poor Nikita is vindicated and gets peace for the rest of her life.
