Welcome one and all to our lovely frugal thread . All welcome just join in 😁

Mary Berry obviously has very different portion sizes to the rest of us @Frugal25 😂.
Mum was lovely today, thank you sweetheart ❤️ . And you might be right about the banana bread! 😂🍌
I just couldn't do it today need to get my head around it 😂 possibly tomorrow watch this space 🤣.

Hello everyone

Silence from me as been busy busy with work, home, life etc.

Trying to catch up on thread but it keeps jumping up and down then resetting to the initial first post 😵‍💫

Got my money back from credit card for jacket thank goodness and received one from Vinted is fantastic been very needed given recent weather.

Also ordered hoodie from Amazon I am sure I saw someone posted on here? It’s been fantastic so cozy! Highly recommend it as someone who is always cold it’s been great.

Hope everyone is well and also thinking of everyone’s pets right now with recent fireworks hope it isn’t too stressful for them all.

So glad you got your money back for the jacket and the Vinted one’s lovely @DotCottonsSocks😊. Might have to have a look at this hoodie 😂. Hope you get a bit of time to put your feet up soon! And yes, poor pets with all the fireworks, bless them poor babies❤️.

Afternoon everyone 🤗, popped to Tesco for a couple of bits £8 , DH wanted Sainsburys parsley sauce to go with Gammon tonight £2.50
He's never tried it before and wanted to give it a go 🙄 Child 🤣. Lidl £29 l had my vouchers to spend and l wanted to get me somethings for Christmas, l will put them away , that are accidentally gluten free, blueberry nougat , peanut flips , tortilla spicy cheese snaps and salted caramel peanut mini bars.
Weather not bad here just showers sunny otherwise 🤗. Hope everyone is having a good day ❤️

Got most of my bedding done today phew. Just the towels in the tumble dryer now.
Had a lovely NSD today. A play date for DD and a chilled morning for me.
I did buy 2 bits on vinted for the wedding last night for about £10 for both but now I'm rethinking them....

Oh. Yoga tonight will be £10. No NSD for me!

Got the letter detailing what I'll get when I leave work. It's an ok package. Also got the money from selling my tax free shares so popped in my emergency fund which had dwindled recently.

Hope everyone is all ok

£6.something in Waitrose. Went in for one thing and left with four. One was a multipack of crisps so while I’ve kicked the jam tart habit crisps are proving harder. I’m trying yellow mustard McCoys.

The site is misbehaving for me too @DotCottonsSocks. Glad your refund has come through and that you now have a coat from Vinted too. I think you’ll be very toasty with your hoodie. I bought something similar two years ago, tried it on and nearly melted so I’ve never worn it.

You have to let me know how the parsley sauce is @DirtyGertiefromno30 . I’ve never had it but always think that’s it is going to be like matcha and taste like grass. And you made me laugh with your child comment. Blueberry nougat sounds intriguing I might go and have a look for it.

The weather can’t make up its mind here. Windy, sunny, rainy, stormy, warm and cold. Went out for a birthday card but couldn’t find one I liked. The friend it is for send me a lovely one so I’m feeling the pressure.

Well done getting most of the bedding done outside @Frugal25, it’s lovely getting it all washed and dried in the fresh air , l love it 😊. A lovely morning for you both today fair does 😁. £10 for both bits on Vinted is good going, but I know what it’s like when you start having second thoughts . Great that you’ve got your work package sorted and you are happy with it 🤗. Hope you have a lovely evening and enjoy your yoga sweetheart 🤗.

It’s so easy to spend more than you mean to in Waitrose @RumBananaSundae . At least you’ve kicked the jam tarts into touch , even if the crisps are proving harder! 😁
Yellow mustard McCoys sound delicious 😋.
Blueberry nougat was from Lidl and was only £1.29 and gluten free , they had a couple of different ones there , dark chocolate and orange, pistachio and Kiwi and the Blueberry one 😋. Glad I made you laugh with the child comment 🤣 well it's true like a big boo boo babbling 🤣
It’s always the way you can’t find a card you like when you need one, then your friend sends you a lovely one and suddenly you feel under pressure to find an equally lovely one 🤣. Good luck with that 😁👏.

Here's the nougat @RumBananaSundae
