I agree with PP that the Octopus site is very easy to navigate and I’ve found it much easier to keep on top of our usage. We fixed this time last year for 2 years so not sure the unit cost would be helpful to anyone switching now. But I would definitely recommend them as a supplier. I only joined them recently but have found them absolutely fantastic so far. My move was complicated due to issues with the ownership of the meter but they assigned me my own client services person to look after me. Nothing has been too much trouble for them.
