Here are some of the loop screens. It also emails me when my usage skyrockets as it did yesterday so I can take evasive action. Smile It sends an email when it thinks I should switch supplier too.

£400 on car mot service and everything. Shock £30 on dinner out at beefeater with a 33% discount off.

Tomorrow dinner out with church friends for Christmas. Will have to pay£15 for class dinner out as well. Argh.

Happy weekend everyone.

Colliejollychristmas · 27/11/2015 21:10

Thanks everyone. You are all lovely. :)

My Tesco order just arrived. Quite a lot was out of date. The whole milk they supplied was 10 days out of date. And the driver said "well its Christmas now. Everything is so rushed" so check your dates carefully when unpacking. Angry

AdoraBell · 27/11/2015 22:11

Shock at that milk, 1 day would be an oops but 10 days? That's outrageous. I hope they re refunding all the out of date items.

Ememem84 · 27/11/2015 23:52

Haven't bothered to catch up. But hope everyone's luffly.

Final exam. Done. Absolutely smashed it. Booooooooyah.

And have been to macdonalds for lunch and dinner and have gotten drunk. So super non frugal day for me. /-bottle of prosecco jn pub--

Whataboutreindeer · 28/11/2015 00:44

Woohoo em! Well deserved, hope your head is ok in the morning!

SpottyTeacakes · 28/11/2015 06:36

Em Grin well done!

Lidl this morning (without the dc as dh isn't working woo hoo!!) plus petrol. Going to Kent this afternoon for my nephews first birthday.

babsmam · 28/11/2015 07:06

Well done em
Good news collie
Kick tesco ass, that's ridiculous
Ipsos I would be as obsessed as you if I got one

Well done Em. Fantastic news.

Collie that's deeply weird about the out of date food. How chaotic does it have to be before they are sending out milk that old? If you ring up and tell them they will refund. They always do for me if I get gone off stuff, even if it's in date.

lilacclery · 28/11/2015 07:29

Congrats collie & em
As for driver saying its Christmas now it's not it's still over 3 weeks away & even so it's no excuse!

Yesterday I spent €10 on diesel, I wanted to wait until today & use my tesco voucher but tank was too low so I'll use that today.

My Argos vouchers I was going to use for my Hoover didn't come. It's half price until tues going to take my chances vouchers will come Monday & wait until then otherwise I'm not sure what to do.

I'm going to be finished Christmas shopping today I hope.

Ememem84 · 28/11/2015 07:34

Congratulations on secret good news collie

I hate alcohol. For ever. We are no longer friends.

Have had to cancel my riding lesson Sad as I don't think it's safe for me to be in control of a horse and I'm afraid it's a sicky hangover and don't want to throw up in public that and I have to drive there and don't think I'm quite capable of driving yet.

Sigh. Am sat in bed with a pint of water and a bucket of peppermint tea trying to make headache and sick feeling go away before I attempt bacon for breakfast.

Off to cinema later so will be spending about a million pounds.

lilacclery · 28/11/2015 08:12

Oooh em not good

It's raining outside I don't want to get up but must do cos lots to do before dd's swimming lesson at 10.30 ds bit me took 30 mins to get him to apologise

Colliejollychristmas · 28/11/2015 08:31

Yeah I phoned them up and got refunded straight away. They seemed very blasé about the milk though. It was filtered milk and they usually have very long dates Confused

Anyway! NSD today hopefully.

ipsos · 28/11/2015 08:59

Take it easy there Em. I think everybody feels a bit like that after really hard exams, even without alcohol. It'll be better soon.

Girlfriend36 · 28/11/2015 09:04

sounded like a good night though?

I'm still in bed, was lovely waking up earlier and thinking whens my alarm going off and then remembering its Saturday!

Will be a spendy and long day, dd has horse riding then off to Bristol for dinner and Mary Poppins Smile

ipsos · 28/11/2015 09:14

I've been lumping furniture around today. The kitchen floor is being done at the same time as the hall walls are skimmed on tuesday so I have to clear both rooms at once, which is pretty interesting. I've done it though.

I see with great relief that my gas expenditure has gone down by about £1.50 a day. Phew!

babsmam · 28/11/2015 09:28

£55 in aldi yesterday, need to go to sainsburys today (joy)
Plasterer is here so kitchen is out of bounds

Exciting Babs Hope it goes well. I don't seem to be able to post photos any more. I wonder where that went?

SpottyTeacakes · 28/11/2015 09:52

Have fun girlie!

Oh no em that's the reason I very rarely drink these days.

£65 lidl
£39.50 petrol.

AdoraBell · 28/11/2015 09:54

Good choice canceling the riding lesson em, hope the water/tea combo does the trick. And bloody well done Thanks

Hope you enjoy Mary Poppins Girl

Ipsos Brew pu your feet up for but. I coudn't have one of those loops, DH would become so obsessed I'd have to move outGrin

Hope your kitchen looks lovely when it's done Babs

DD1 wants to go to Bristol today for shopping. It's not happening though because she spent her pocket money already and I've told her my credit card is maxed out. It's not but she'll drive me nuts debating and explaining why I should let her use itHmm I don't have the patience for it right now

Today I aim to spend £20 on DD1's Christmas present and as little as possible on another coat for DD2 after she lost her new one, and more school shoes because what we bought are no good. As I said at the time, because of her bunions.

Then this afternoon someone is coming back to view the house again. Apparently he is really keen, but the girlfriend hasn't seen it yet. That reminds me I need to buy drain clear too.

Pointlessfan · 28/11/2015 09:56

Thanks for the loop info ipsos our meters are the other side of the wall from the internet router so not sure if it would work but I really want one!
Congrats on last exam em, hope you feel better soon.
DH has just smashed a glass and cut his hand, after DD's accident last weekend I'm paranoid about what will happen next.
We're going on a charity shopping trip later. Have a few bits to donate but going to look for a Xmas party dress and a book for DH. Am much too excited about going to the charity shop!

Pointlessfan · 28/11/2015 09:57

That sounds like the party dress and book are both for DH Blush dress is definitely for me!

Ememem84 · 28/11/2015 10:09

Thanks all. spotty it's the reason I rarely drink now too. I just save up my weekly allowance and apparently had it all last night. Haven't dared look in my bag yet....or at bank account.

Have had a sleep so feeling less sick. A bit more ready for the day.

It's also just started chucking it down. Great call cancelling riding. although I'm going to miss my pony fix

I'm feeling a bit yuk generally though. Sore throat and a bit snotty coldly thing it's all been building up but held back by stress.

My lovely mum told me last week how proud she was that I was finishing. But just wished I was going to practice. I left law and now work in trust so much less stressful. But wanted to finish my exams. More to prove that I could.

I'm jealous of you all and your Christmas food deliveries. I have to shop and get mine (although the coop here will drive it to you- you just have to pick it pack it and bag it yourself)

Did hear a rumour that waitrose here were now doing online deliveries.... So might check that out.

CremeEggThief · 28/11/2015 11:23

Congratulations, Em. Very well done!

Shocked at milk 10 days past its use-by!Shock I know most of us on here take use by dates with a pinch of salt, rightly so, but 10 days for milk is disgusting!

Despite shopping online most of the time, I usually do a Christmas Shop myself, as I'm always worried about substitutions and necessary items being sold out. Maybe I'll try to get a Sainsburys slot for the 22nd, which leaves time for getting essentials.

Are you on the move again, Adora? Where to this time?
