That's annoying collie our band c is £132 a month over ten months.

£11.25 at the play farm got ds in free Blush
£3.25 on a drink and ice cream

girliefriend · 09/07/2015 16:18

Hello all, spendy day got a few to confess Blush

may have spent £22 on Boden, however got 3 items for that which were 60% off and free p&P. But was naughty as dd really doesn't need more clothes!

Been into town spent £7.50ish in Wilkos on toiletries, caddy bags and dishwasher tablets.

£5 in Primark in 2 t.shirts, realised when I got home that had picked up the wrong size!

Another £9 in m&s on knickers for dd and lunch for me!

However did go and sort out my mobile, am on a sim only now for £9.99 a month which is much better than the £18 or so I was paying. Need to ring customer services about my BB though as first bill thats come out is def more than I was expecting! Why are these things never straight forward?

Was planning on meeting a friend for tea with the kids but have suggested they come here instead so will save a bit of money there I guess.

I love all posts here however random or mundane they might seem to poster they will help or inspire others. ..lurkers please post Grin

girliefriend · 09/07/2015 16:21

When is Laska back from Holiday? She seems to of been gone ages Grin

My Amazon stuff had turned up when I got home today, very exciting! Camera looks good, also got my adult colouring book and dds lego sets which I need to squirrel away somewhere. Oh and i nearly forgot I actually won a lego set from posting on a mn thread Grin I was ridiculously excited - i never win anything!!

Fluffycloudland77 · 09/07/2015 17:23

Your dd will be thrilled with the Lego sets girlie. Boden sells really well on eBay anyway so you can always make a bit back on it. Have you used the camera yet?.

I think laskas holiday is quite long. At least she's not from Germany. I can't imagine German tourists are very popular in Greece right now.

girliefriend · 09/07/2015 17:34

Yes I think she will Fluffy as well! Yeah have always managed to resell most of her Boden stuff so its not too bad really.

Hope laska is having a fab time (and took lots of money out with her!!)

574ejones · 09/07/2015 18:12

Signed up for the Cheese on Orchard - has anyone else done this?

£13.50 in Matalan on underwear for DS - this is how exciting my life is!!

SpottyTeacakes · 09/07/2015 18:19

I haven't received an email from orchard for ages. Need to look into that.

Hi everyone Smile, can I join? DH and I seem to fritter money away on something I haven't quite identified yet. And we need to save up for some necessary home improvements.

I had an NSD today; DH spent £2,200 Grin. Oh well, there's always tomorrow.

Outwith · 09/07/2015 19:23

I should add that DH's spending was also necessary Confused, it wasn't a stealth boast!

TeaAndBisquits · 09/07/2015 19:24

Hello all! A lurker here popping her face in!
I need to get in on these NSD's. It's the odd coffee here or the magazine for the children that all add up!

Pointlessfan · 09/07/2015 19:33

Welcome to you both Smile
I seem to recall Laska was going for 3 weeks.
NSD here, lasagne in oven made with left over veggie Bolognese and made spicy butternut squash wedges to go with it to use up half a squash. Looking forward to it, I adore lasagne!
Am exhausted and my knee hurts. Going to eat dinner, wash hair, do meal plan for next week then try to get to bed early.

Evilwater · 09/07/2015 19:46

It's official I am debt free. Grin
Which means NO mortgage!!!!! GrinGrinGrinGrin

So the question remains, what do I do with my money???
Confused

Fluffycloudland77 · 09/07/2015 19:56

Well done Evil. You must feel great tonight.

Buy to let house?.

Evilwater · 09/07/2015 19:59

I got 20k, and I'm in a rented at the moment. My salary is 12500 per annum, and I'm on benifits.

So council house?
Or
Another mortgage?

Outwith · 09/07/2015 20:17

Will it count as better than an NSD if I count the change in my change bowl?

TeaAndBisquits · 09/07/2015 20:19

That's great Evil! Which way do you think you'd prefer to go?

I really want a lasagne now - I'm going to add that to next weeks meal plan!

Evilwater · 09/07/2015 20:22

tea well I'm not sure, I'd think I'd prefer a council place as then I can pop the money into DS saving account.

SpottyTeacakes · 09/07/2015 20:28

HA is the safer option I think Evil. Where are you though? You could buy a three bedroom house in Wales for £30k Shock

Evilwater · 09/07/2015 20:31

I live in the SW, property here is amazingly expensive. Most 3 beds are quarter of a million. If you have a view it's a load more.

Thanks London!!!! Angry

babsmam · 09/07/2015 20:35

Hi tea and out.
Well done evil and collie.
Nsd number 3.

girliefriend · 09/07/2015 20:54

Evil are there any shared ownership properties near you? Thats my plan, you buy say 50% and then pay some rent on the other 50%. Are you looking to go back to work?

Welcome outwith and tea Smile
