My anxiety is sky high after reading the daily Mail article about excess deaths

I have health anxiety and I've been trying to distance myself from any media and news articles about the Vaccine.
Today it popped up on my phone about the record number of excess deaths are the highest ever, then I started reading the comments and the amount of people saying 'I told you so' and 'The truth is now coming out' on there is worrying 😩
I feel really panicky and over weekend at the thought of having 3 vaccines inside my body and now all this stuff is coming out about people dying of heart attacks for no reason.
I know there's nothing we can do now but

I'm just terrified.

😟

Rather than being anxious, take action -find out who is most likely to beat the Tories in your constituency and join the party and ask them how you can help

There's bound to be excess deaths after something like Covid. My bro got it early in 2020 and is still affected. No vaccine was available that whole year. I'm older than him and got Covid after 2 jabs. A drag but no awful long term effects.

Meanwhile we read about young lads dropping dead while playing sports. Like that never happened before? The Daily Scare needs your clicks . So do all the YouTube scam artists. You can't make millions out of a podcast saying boring 💤 sensible things.

There are anti vaccine debunking podcasts others too. By actual microbiologists like Dr Susan Oliver et al.

OP - I’m sorry you are anxious. Everyone I know who is a scientist or medic has been vaccinated.

I chose not to by the way and I am worried about excess deaths too. I think the explanations put forward are lame given it’s a global issue. However I’m not sure it’s the vaccines - because in Sweden it isn’t as much of an issue and they are highly vaccinated.

i am more concerned it’s covid itself causing these issues. We know in some people there are longer term problems after infection, in all age groups

we do need more studies to investigate though rather than deny the issue. I would like that to include ruling out vaccines as I think it’s unhelpful to dismiss it

Try not worry OP. Most of the stuff we all worry about doesn’t come to pass- and I say this after a lifetime it worry about obscure stuff!
