@NETSRIK

You have to ask? Crack on with your never ending covid theatre but the thought of never ending mask restrictions is not a good thing.
I genuinely don't understand why other people choosing to wear a face covering bothers you so much. We've all got freedom to do what we want. You choose not to wear a mask, I choose to wear one. Doesn't really matter does it?

Yes. It’s not a big deal. I went to Sainsbury’s yesterday and every member of staff that I saw was wearing a mask.

It’s weird, isn’t it, the anger? I wear a good mask, don’t care in the least whether other people do.

Yes

JuergenSchwarzwald · 22/02/2022 10:26

Yes. And FFP2 on the train, until we run out of them.

You’re being naive

Im not being naive in the slightest

But apart from that i agree completely and utterly with the rest of your post

OliveTree75 · 22/02/2022 14:28

Nope! I’m a teacher so I don’t wear one all week in work so I’m not wearing one to pop into the shops! I’ve stopped carrying them around now! I did wear one to go into the theatre last week but nobody else had one on so I took it off! Also my 1yo hates me wearing one and grabs at it so no.

Emergency73 · 22/02/2022 14:43

I do wear one - and I’ll continue to in shops/chemists/health centres etc. I’d respect any business that still encourages their use. I’d wear it if I go into a school. I’d ‘read the room’ and see what’s appropriate for a particular situation e.g not for a toddler group.

Yes. Imagine being the person on the till serving person after person not wearing a mask. It's just being considerate. I don't understand why that's so hard for some people

Hopefully the person behind the till is vaccinated.

And if he/she is particularly vulnerable they probably shouldn't be in such a customer facing role.

cantkeepawayforever · 22/02/2022 16:34

Yes. As a teacher, I work in an environment where it is extremely likely that I am a close contact of at least one case, for hours at a time, every day. I would prefer not to pass that risk on to others, so I wear a mask in any enclosed space with those outside my family.

No. Another customer had a go at me in marks snd Spencer’s yesterday. Asking me “shouldnt you be wearing a mask”. When I said no she was then pretending to be surprised the rules had changed. Of course she bloody knew.
