Our last testing, way back April, took 8/9 hours. Anyone had quicker?

10am test, results at 17:45.

Tues (this week), walk-in Centre, Ccentral London

We were all tested yesterday at 6pm. Still waiting for results.

1.30 on Thursday

NW England, 12:30pm test, 9pm same day result, I was very impressed!

1 hour, with a private testing company! Was amazed!!!

Nhs testing was pretty quiet in April due to the lockdown. Expect around 24-48 these days 119 will not escalate until 72 hours have passed and even then you may not receive your results for another 3 days. If it’s a critical situation then I suggest you pay for a private test.

Gloucestershire drive through test at 9am on Thursday, results at about 11pm. Test booked at 7.30am so all done within a day.

Just got result now from test taken 10am yesterday so less than 24 hours.

9.00 am Thurs test, result 16.00 Fri.

I am SE too. Tested at 10am on Thursday and still waiting.

Much slower for us this time. Last time was within 24 hours, this time 29 and 36 hours (this week)

Sent my mail on Wednesday. Still waiting to hear.
They’ve told me they’re now investigating and should get back to me within 48 hours.

Pretty pissed off to be honest

My sister tested at 10am and results back at 2pm. We were SO surprised as normally about 20 hours here.

48 hours and still waiting. So frustrating due to things that we’ve had to cancel, but I wonder if the labs have been scaled down recently? In the summer, results were coming back in under 24 hours.

This week we had

Last year 32 hrs.

Tested yesterday at 10.30am. no results yet. In bucks. Slowest test yet. Usually had them within 24hrs.

54 hours and counting …

SE also. Thursday 11am test. Results for two of us at 9am today. Still waiting for the other two.

Earlier this year was around 24hrs.

SE here, still waiting 30 hours.

9am Monday got results 3pm Wednesday (this week, SE, thankfully negative)

11 hrs last Sunday south east - positive- other family members about 24 negative!
