@sunnnysideup - you've misunderstood how the vaccine works, it DOESN'T enter the cell nucleus, which is where the DNA is stored, therefore it cannot interact with it.

Vaccine passports are a good idea - I want to know who to avoid generally in life and especially on a small cramped plane!

I'm a HCP and I have to have lots of vaccines for my job so that I don't pass on infectious diseases to vulnerable people. I'd much rather help people, than kill them.

lightand · 22/06/2021 08:14

Quite.

I wouldnt say all, but more than most people would like.

Some people think if something hasnt happened [yet] it wont happen. They literally cannot see further than what is in front of them right this minute.

Most people dont seem to know that books have been written by some people who intend to carry things out what is written in them. We have been warned, but take no notice.
The 4th something or other, by Klaus something[of wef] for example.
A lot of, or some conspiracy theories are not plucked from thin air! We have been warned, if we care to listen.
Agenda 30? is it[from the UN] is another document full of written down intentions.

But no, many people on this thread will take no heed. And never will.

I read a book about a year ago, where even when their are horrors happening to people, no it was not so and so carrying them out. And it was not because of so and so.
Some people go to their graves denying truths. Too painful I suppose. They cannot cope. They scoff. They mock. Same as always.

Not saying all conspiracy theories are true. Far from it. Some people who spout them are ill, so easy to think that if you know people like that, then all cts are false.

Some css are true. Some are partly true. Some will come true in parts. Some wont, because people changed their minds about trying to do them, or they could see they wont work right now.
And some were far from true in the first place.
These types of documents make interesting reading:

assets.publishing.service.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/986301/Human_Augmentation_SIP_access2.pdf
I should have added. Pages such as: 48 and 54-55 contain phrases and statements that make it interesting reading. It's easy to see how things build

Seymour5 · 22/06/2021 08:20

@vegas888 people are already travelling on public transport and visiting supermarkets without masks. Mainly youngish people in my part of the UK. Disproportionately younger. Older people either wear a mask or a lanyard. Either these people all have conditions that make them exempt or they don't give a flying fart for anyone else. I'm very aware of hidden disabilities btw.

Off to my prebooked and socially distanced fitness class later, where I can legally take my mask off once I'm in my zone.

@sunnnysideup

🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Great replies.

Covid passports, vaccines for children, lockdowns not ending, virus from wuhan lab, no freedoms even when you do take the vaccine, deaths from healthy people having the Covid vaccine, vaccines altering DNA (Mrna does enter dna) lockdown again this winter.... I could go on actually. It’s funny until you really look at it.

None of those things are conspiracy theories Confused
babbaloushka · 22/06/2021 08:29

True, after I had my second dose one of my arms turned into a 5G mast.

babbaloushka · 22/06/2021 08:31

And it does not "enter" your DNA, that reeks of someone talking about something they don't understand.

gobackanddoitproperly · 22/06/2021 08:34

Covid passports and vaccines for children were always on the cards because they makes sense. Hardly conspiracy theories. Care workers have always had to have vaccines like hepatitis. so that makes sense too. You were never going to vaccinate a global population of humans with a flu vaccine with no adverse outcomes. It should be pretty clear by now that deaths from covid far outweigh those deaths. I'm not really sure what exactly is 'conspiratorial' about these things?

gobackanddoitproperly · 22/06/2021 08:35

And as for more lockdowns....well, I suppose if people refuse the vaccine, then yes, they might happen. It's a logical outcome, no?

CharlieAteThePies · 22/06/2021 08:45

Well the tracker inside me is now recording my journey to Tesco…when I make my pilgrimage 3 times a week. Wonder what “they” are learning. Perhaps that I’m shit at meal planning 🧐

supermoonrising · 22/06/2021 08:45

No idea what’s going on anymore. Politicians do seem to be dropping huge hints that this is far from over in terms of masks, lockdowns, etc etc, despite 90% of adults being fully vaccinated by the end of summer ... which does seem to call into question the point of the vaccines....and how long exactly this will continue and whether the threat of the virus is equal to keep rearranging society for another X years.

supermoonrising · 22/06/2021 08:48

Re: conspiracies
People who believe every claim and narrative that pours from Washington and Downing Street are almost as stupid as those who shout conspiracy at everything and believe none of them.

You’d of thought the Iraq debacle sold by Parliament and Washington and Dr David Kelly ‘s fatal dogwalk would have put paid to the credulity but apparently not.

supermoonrising · 22/06/2021 08:54

I don’t believe any of the Covid conspiracies, including those that are effectively trying to scapegoat China for the catastrophic balls up of most Western nations in being completely and utterly unprepared for a serious pandemic they knew would be coming sooner or later and had years and years to prepare for.

That said, when the politicians are endlessly moving the goalposts and going back on previous statements, of course people will question if there’s something else at play.

I don’t think there is though. Mostly our political class is just incredibly incompetent and clueless, as they continually remind us in their private conversations.

BungleandGeorge · 22/06/2021 08:54

I think forced vaccinations are a real concern and I think it breaches a very important principle of choice and autonomy which is enshrined in law. And no there are no vaccinations which are legally required at the moment whatever some people may think, they can not be legally required. They are talking about flu aswell as covid vacc, they both have real potential side effects and often are primarily to protect others rather than the person themselves. I’ve had all my vaccines but personally I’m very uncomfortable with this, it’s a huge shift and I hope there will be opposition. It’s not a conspiracy theory though as it’s actually happening!

youshouldbeplotting · 22/06/2021 08:55

@345tyu

The great reset of the WEF/ Klaus Schwab- slowly happening whilst you are bickering over jabs ...
Bango, Bongo BINGO!

Yes, we will all have our property and belongings taken off us so that we will be happy. Priti Patel comes round your house with a Pickfords van to take everything away.

3luckystars · 22/06/2021 08:58

Does anyone ever make a list and identify when these theories are wrong though? It is easy to rewrite afterwards and say ‘I knew this would happen’ but did anyone document all the things you said?
Like I know someone who says ‘20 years ago I was predicting that we would all be talking to each other on video phones’ yes but you also said we would be zooming around on flying carpets too. People are bound to get some things right given time.

Where are forced vaccinations happening? Please show a reliable source as, I'm sure everyone agrees, forced vaccination definitely goes against human rights law.
DansMaPoche · 22/06/2021 09:03

Well I've had my vaccine and now every time I go into Sainsbury's I set the beepers off by the door and I swear there are three or four men in dark suits and sunglasses covertly surveilling me in the beans aisle.

And the air ambulance went over my house twice last week. Well it said it was the air ambulance but that was probably a disguise. It was probably the government.

I've obviously all down to the microchip in my arm. I didn't believe it but I do now.

I'd say precisely 0% of the posters on MN believe every claim that politicians make. Everyone and their dog know all politicians lie. Although a lot of the Trumpettes seemed to believe everything that the Orange One came out with.

A million people marched against the Iraq war. A million people with a single cohesive aim, unlike the anti-lockdown/anti-vaccine/anti-Semitic ramshackle lot.

RealhousewifeofStoke · 22/06/2021 09:03

But what about flu?
It disappeared.

Wink

Yes, come on @sunnnysideup - give us the screen shots of what you predicted and we will see what has come true so far.

It was just hiding from Covid. Fell for the scaremongering, didn't it?
johndwyershair · 22/06/2021 09:06

My Windows 10 was playing up last night so I can assure you that the rumours are nonsense. I put my left arm next to the hard drive and it did zilch. Not happy.

I agree. No-one should force you to have the vaccine. But they absolutely should withdraw your right to certain privileges if you refuse to have it. Like the ability to be accepted for certain jobs. If you are already in one of those jobs then you should lost it. And access to foreign travel without testing and quarantining, long after everyone else has ceased to need to do so.

You call that freedom do you? 😕
