Although not a huge fan of two data points these graphs show the movement for the most recent seven days (based on a two day lag) as compared with the prior seven. Each council is named on the graphs - which means there are going to be a fair number of them, sorry :)
The y- axis reflect the most recent seven day case rate per 100,000.
Any council above the diagonal red line has increased (so most of them); anything below has shown a week on week fall in cases. So we'll see Bolton there but not many others.
The strange shading is to indicate that those in the no more than 25 per 100,000 band - irrespective of whether they have increased or decreased.
Just for a change starting with the East of England; specifically councils in Cambridgeshire; Norfolk and Suffolk.
So whilst almost all have increased compared to the prior week almost all continue to have a latest rate below 25 per 100,000. This is not therefore a typical picture.
