A story just broke in the Wall Street Journal that is huge good news

Vaccine makers are expected to produce 132 million doses this month, nearly tripling last month’s figure, boosting vaccination drive]]
It's behind a paywall. I'll copy and paste the full text if anyone is interested. The short of it is that Pfizer, Moderna, and J&J have been able to address the most serious bottlenecks in their production processes, found clever ways to be more efficient, and started to produce some things in-house that they previously had to source elsewhere.
Total US production of approved vaccines in February was 48 million doses and we're on track to make 132 million doses in March. This is obviously going to speed up the process and get us to the point of having surplus production for export.
I suspected this was happening as New York has doubled the number of mass vaccination sites it operates in the last few weeks and the Federal government is doubling the number of pharmacies it ships vaccines to directly.
Everyone knew that production was increasing, but almost tripling in a month is bloody amazing.
I'm fully vaccinated and DH needs one more jab, but for me, this means that the DC, who are 21 and 19, won't be waiting an age for their jab.
