My next door neighbour in first wave - he was in respite care following a stroke, in his 80s, obese, dementia - tested positive, had cold symptoms, better within a week. He came home in the autumn, albeit with a pretty extensive care package in place.
My niece, in her 20s, in hospital for something else, tested positive but no vivid symptoms
My brother and SIL, both ill for 2 weeks +, all the major symptoms including loss of smell and taste - no tests back then though so can't say for certain
6 staff members at the school I worked at previously - all positive tests, various degrees of symptoms but none hospitalised
Husbands boss, early 50s, otherwise fit and well, hospitalised
Second wave - my sister, NHS staff, 50, mild in that she didn't go to hospital but a month on she still gets really breathless, has reduced her hours at work and goes to bed at 6.30 because she's exhausted
Niece, her partner and their 2 children - all tested positive, asymptomatic for children, couple of weeks of feeling ill for niece and partner. Same niece as above so either she was infected twice or the first test was wrong maybe?
Friend from baby group and her husband, both nhs workers, she had it last summer whilst pregnant, he had it last month
(I also know of eg MIL's neighbour,my aunts friend etc but they're not people I know personally)
We also lost 2 relatives in the last year not to covid but they died alone without having seen family for a long time sadly. And I know two people personally who have committed suicide with lockdown being a contributing factor in each case. It's just an awful shitshow all round.
