I reckon it'll be some school years (Reception, 1, 11 and 13 maybe) on 8 March, gradual return of others, or maybe no others until after Easter.
Non-essential shops, hairdressers maybe then or by after Easter at latest.
I really hope we can see more people outdoors and outdoor attractions can be open by Easter, although in some ways it might be safer to open them after the holidays so there isn't a massive rush,
Scarily I'm honestly not sure when entertainment venues can be back, without at least requiring proof of vaccination, because, if I understand correctly, we don't want a situation of crowds where, say 40% are vaccinated and 60% aren't, because then you're just giving the virus a big petri dish to learn how to get around the vaccine.
I think mass gatherings indoors may be a way off, but what I'd like to know is whether there's a chance of, in the very least, enlarging the 'bubbles' one mixes with if households are vaccinated. Honestly, if I could see one another household indoors, once a week, that'd be a massive improvement!
Of course a lot depends if any other curveballs are thrown, like super-infectious variants, a vulnerability no one saw coming in vaccine (unlikely I reckon).
