Have most over 80s been called for vaccine now?

Do you have a family member over 80 who has not had the call yet?

My DF still hasn't heard. All other family members over 80 have had already theirs, or have appointments this week.

He has underlying conditions that would put him at particular risk and he's refusing to shield Hmm so hoping it won't be much longer.

A friend whose parents live in the NW are both 77. The dad was done at home as he's housebound but they weren't able to do the mum at the same time. She's been offered to go to a centre an hour away which she doesn't want to do. Her friends from different surgeries have been offered local.
My dad 83 has had first dose but mum 77 hasn't heard (SE)

Update
I received an appointment by text and have my first vaccination tomorrow.

@DamsonBramble

Your mum can book directly online now. No need to wait for a letter. The website says you need a letter but it checks if you are eligible anyway. www.nhs.uk/book-a-coronavirus-vaccination/do-you-have-an-nhs-number

@daisypond. All over 70s can book a vaccination themselves now. They don't need to wait for an invitation. www.nhs.uk/book-a-coronavirus-vaccination/do-you-have-an-nhs-number

notevenat20 Thanks. My mum's got an appointment now, but hadn't when I wrote that
