He did say vast majority of primary schools open which can't mean most of tier 4(as tier 4 75% country!)

Stating that some schools in T4 will be closed and others not, but not actually giving any info on which areas they are referring to is just not acceptable!

At some mystery point in the future, a mysterious list may be published, on a mystery URL, which may or may not tell you that schools in your area are closed.

Even so, it may or may not be applicable to early years settings.

I remember the tag line I always found it had a smoked ham after taste

This cowardly government doesn't want to be seen to be to blame for school closures nor be seen to force openings in areas that are hardest hit by covid. They will let local authorities take the hit for that instead.

This constant batting of responsibilities between central government and local authorities is everything that is wrong with our public services.

I'm flummoxed that no one cares about the short term necessity of keeping dc safe in the context of melt down of hospital?
