Pre Christmas test results

Anyone tested v recently? Wondered how long ppl are waiting for results? I'm guessing lots of ppl testing ahead of Christmas. Tested this afternoon, they've said within 72 hours...

Tested at work, weds, in northampton, still waiting for results.

Tested 8am Christmas Eve and back by 9pm the SAME DAY!!! 13 hours. Sadly an unwanted gift of a positive

T4 area too

Tuesday morning, results back this morning. Another negative, lost count of how many tests Iv'e had (work related)

Anyone in SW? At 50 hour mark waiting

40 hours here. Negative. Hope everyone gets their results soon

Tested 11 am Christmas Eve, posted at noon, and result today at 1 pm.

Still waiting here for result from tues 22 . Friend who went to same central ldn walk in centre yesterday afternoon has already got her result 😬. Wasn't planning on calling the helpline xmas day but did due to that. Which they said was not unknown due to diff labs processing. Really hope we get a result soon

I tested yesterday afternoon and had my results 5pm today! Negative test, so relieved

Results this morning.. 3 of us negative and one positive!! We are shocked

I tested Tuesday at 6.30 pm (in London) and got results in 36 hours. A friend however tested on Monday afternoon (different location in London) and still doesn't have results.

About 100 hours now and not a peep. Looking at others having come back I'm pretty convinced it's lost!

I was tested twice befor and at hospital negative my dh 23rd and negative.

Ah bugger OP - but at least you now know. Are you all well? I guess the silver lining is you are already quite a way through the 20 day isolation period.

Thank you, yes we are all well. I had convinced myself of symptoms I think.. them seemed logical to have all tested. Was so surprised to find my 8 yr old positive and no symptoms at all. Just goes to show.. how many of his class mates have been infecting family this Christmas.. we would have had no idea. Scary. Makes me really want to know if the rest of us have had it or if we've got it coming 😢

Glad you're all feeling ok. And, of course, I meant 10 day isolation period.

DH just received positive result after 55 hrs. He seems absolutely fine after a few days of "cold like" symptoms so we are totally surprised!
