@BobsDouble I have used their 'request a product' facility to ask for Kingsmill crumpets. I presume they must have stopped selling all Kingsmill products for some reason but I hope they come back!

I am a lurker on this thread and another long time Ocado user ready to jump ship. We are currently getting a weekend delivery from Ocado (used to be twice a week) and a mid week one from Sainsburys. I would like to swap permanently to Sainsburys but there are a few products I can only get through ocado. I would like to have a 3 weekly delivery from them. I have read here that if I cancel my smart pass (I pay £9.99 a month and have done forever!), I will not be able to get adhoc deliveries. Does anyone know if you can just pay for occasional deliveries?

I’ve been told my smart pass will be £54.99 for 6 months. This sounds huge!!

Wow. We pay £2.99 a month for midweek Tuesday to Thursday. Is yours for weekends?

I feel very lucky that we can get lovely M and S and also Waitrose products delivered. While shielding.

If they hike the cost of smart pass up I would fully defect to Waitrose though.

I've had a mid-week pass for many years and during Lockdown1 managed to add my mum to my account. She was then able to open her own account during the summer and since then has been able to order when she can get an appt. She preferred a delivery every 10 days and that was slightly messing us up. There has been no mention of her not being able to order occasionally. (However she does pay a lot for delivery - sometimes £5-7)

I pay £7.99 a month for a full pass, its just been renewef at same price

My mum was told they offer no discount on smart passes and everyone is paying the same, which is clearly a lie.

I’m really fed up - I pay £20 to Next for a whole year of free delivery!

FGS 😩. First I get an email saying they are taking bags back from the 8th March thank God, and now I get my usual don’t forget you can change your order for 10th March email.

What does it say at the bottom, Please don’t hand your bags back to your driver. We’ll restart as soon as we can.
