Im listening to LBC radio and they have just said there will be a live government announcement on LBC at 10.30 tonight that will affect households. I am confused why would this be on LBC at that time, if they know the announcement they are going to make, why not make it earlier?

Schools have impossible guidelines which they have to follow and are Very Important. Pubs have to use the world-beating crap, sorry track, and trace programme but at home none of that happens.

Interesting to see that in Scotland their new 6 people/2 households max rule children under 12 do not count toward the numbers. So 2 families of 2 adults and 2 kids can still meet as long as at least 2 of the kids are under 12.

Yes Scotland have been much more helpful with regards to children imo.

They seem to be more focussed on families than friends as you are only allowed a max of two households indoors and outdoors there.

@ChanceChanceChance it's driving me nuts.

I would sincerely love to know why its so massively important to reassure people that Timmy can still kick a ball about? It's literally being ranked up there with people's practice of their religions, people's weddings and funerals. It's actually being considered more important than a Christening, Bar Mitzvah etc, given you can't break the numbers cap for those, but can for sports....

As for music. dance, drama, art, singing.... they've not even been thought of.

I guess team sports help to keep people fit, and loads of us are fat?

I think it's prob more to do with the fact vast numbers of men like watching sport?
