I'm not in the shielding group, but I have asthma and type 2 diabetes. I have (diagnosed) anxiety anyway; it's got worse since lockdown as I've been stressing about neighbours in my flats ignoring social distancing and having lots of visitors, there's been a couple of times I've been stuck in the hall between other tenants who won't move away. I feel like I can't leave my flat door safely.
One extra bit of anxious is that I was a very prem baby, and had a collapsed lung/was on a ventilator and in intensive care for a long time. Granted, it's about 40 years ago, but I'm really scared that it's another layer of vulnerability and that I'm absolutely in trouble if I get the virus.
Can anyone set my mind at rest a little, please?
