Every night

LuckyAmy1986 · 06/04/2020 03:36

Yes, my mind just won’t switch off

Luzina · 06/04/2020 03:37

Yep, horrible insomnia here

Bluebooby · 06/04/2020 03:37

Yep! I don't actually feel anxious but I am not sleeping well at all.

Ranguski · 06/04/2020 03:46

It really sucks..anxiety level off the chart and having panic attacks

OP posts:
Ranguski · 06/04/2020 03:46

And there is no end in sight...

I came in to say hi, i can't sleep either, i feel anxious too, i overthink everything too much, i wish I could have an on and off botton.

Ranguski · 06/04/2020 03:48

Hi Billboard I’m an over thinker too..strangely not before getting married. It’s worsened after having my daughter..

Yep, fourth night in a row now.. at least I managed to get a Tesco delivery slot!

MidnightBlue28 · 06/04/2020 03:50

I miss sleep... had one hour tonight and now alternating between here and watching Chicago PD

Thepigeonsarecoming · 06/04/2020 03:52

I now officially identify as an owl.. expect I have shit eyesight!

Thepigeonsarecoming · 06/04/2020 03:52

@MidnightBlue28 love the Chicago series!

Ranguski · 06/04/2020 03:53

I’m trying desperately not to read anything but then I end up drifting towards the media in the hope of finding some good news..and then the cycle continues
Maybe I should just stop reading anything for a few days

Bluewavescrashing · 06/04/2020 03:54

Yes. Woke up with a banging headache in a panic. Happens most nights.

Ranguski · 06/04/2020 03:54

Is the struggle to sleep because of this Pandemic as in new? Or did you always struggle to sleep?

It’s new for me ..which is why I’m freaked out

OP posts:
tumpymummy · 06/04/2020 03:57

Oh look, I'm here too! Never normally have disturbed sleep, but worrying so cant sleep now.

BakedCam · 06/04/2020 03:58

Me too.

I feel there is something looming over the horizon that we are not being told. Horrid feeling and I dont want to head down the rabbit hole....

I've avoided this far.

Handhold for all the non-sleepers.

Thepigeonsarecoming · 06/04/2020 03:59

I have to know what’s going on, so it’s not new. But not common either, when something big happens I just need to know all. I feel more scared if I don’t know though

Ranguski · 06/04/2020 03:59

Sucks doesn’t it?

It feels silky though..as in what is my worrying and insomnia going to change? If I’m to get it I will...same goes for my family. Feel powerless 😥

OP posts:
ColdTapwater · 06/04/2020 04:01

Wide awake club here too, I don't mind not sleeping if only I could turn the anxiety and fear off Sad

Ranguski · 06/04/2020 04:02

BakedCam what do you mean? Is it that you believe that the numbers are higher than reported? Or that the government is just playing a guessing game with how to manage this?

OP posts:
Thepigeonsarecoming · 06/04/2020 04:02

I’m not that concerned about getting it, I am worried about family members though

Thepigeonsarecoming · 06/04/2020 04:04

@Ranguski don’t go down that hole, the government has been very honest and upfront in this. Probably more so than any government before given the circumstances. They are giving daily facts which are scary enough.

Ranguski · 06/04/2020 04:06

Thepigeon which is what I understood as well. It’s just that BakedCams comment made me wonder

Party affiliations aside..Boris getting admitted didn’t help my anxiety levels..same with Chris Witty MIA
