Nowadays because of the constant anxiety? I’m really struggling today

People are going to make themselves sick with the stress. I got a really bad 'flu' virus 4 years ago, it had the same 'symptoms' as Corona. My doctor told me that stress had caused it.

So, just calm down. Eat really healthy. Eat lots of vitamin C and foods which boost the immune system. Stop watching the news and keep away from the really stressful threads on Mumsnet.

@katkit interested to know which tea bags you use ? I've got chronic health conditions, using cbd oil without much effect.

@springrollover I use these: bodyandmindbotanicals.com/product/cannabis-tea-10-bags-15g/

A friend said they helped her with aches and pains. I’ve bought the loose leaves for next time. I hope they help.

Yep I get about 4 hours sleep a night

Another insomniac here, 4 hrs max every night, am all over the place + crashing headaches

Wheresthebeach · 07/04/2020 23:05

On and off. Some nights I just don't’ get to sleep at all, others I sleep okay. Its the turning off the brain I struggle with....I don’t like the idea of sleeping pills though.

Yes. It’s truly awful. I constantly have a sense of doom, like something awful is coming. For some reason Boris going to ICU made my panic levels go up, and they haven’t receded. I pretty much exist in a constant state of anxiety now which is exhausting, but my night terrors and insomnia have come screeching back. I hate this.

Headaches are such a bad side effect - I'm sitting here with tea and migraine pills. I hate it.

Not sure being told to 'calm down' by a pp is particularly helpful though
