“Tonight’s operation was a warning declaration, and in the event of repeated aggression, the responses will be more extensive and will encompass all American- Zionist targets in the region” the IRGC said on Tasnim, the Iranian state news agency.

Trump has urged Netanyahu not to strike back. However, a security official has since told Israel newspaper Hayom that the IDF would retaliate “even if it does not happen in the immediate term”.
