@Dibilnik your post reads as though you are justifying hate towards Muslims. It isn’t simply offensive, it is scary.

What about your posts means you aren't surprised that people find them offensive? If you step back and honestly, not defensively, consider that, then you might be able to take some constructive steps towards reflection and change.

As another starting point, something to consider... Imagine a discussion in which Christian people or Jewish people or Hindu people are talking about abuse and discrimination they have experienced. Would you consider it acceptable for someone to enter that discussion by saying "well, it's really not surprising given xyz... people have had enough... you need to get your house in order..."? Personally, I wouldn't consider that to be acceptable for any group to have to experience that sort of thing. Would you?

Looks like all gloves are off and people feel emboldened to scream hate and abuse at each other. We seem to be devolving as a species

Islamists are Muslims. It doesn’t mean that all Muslims are Islamists, but AFAIK, all Islamists are Muslims.

'Islamist' refers to an extreme/extremist movement/ideology which promotes global dominance of their particular (extreme/extremist) interpretation/version of Islam. It is absolutely not mainstream Islam.

One of the best descriptions I’ve read defining Islamist is “Islamism is best described as the desire to put forward an ideological view of Islam, one that is in practice binding not only on the Islamic-world but increasingly on the Western-world too. An Islamist aims to enforce an Islamic ideology upon the political and cultural base of society.”

The vast majority of Muslims want to live peaceful lives and are happy to let others do the same. Islamists want everyone to follow the Islam, and want to punish or persuade with force those who don’t. Islamists want Islam to not only be a religion, but also the social and cultural driver in society.
