Yes,@ConnieCounter I hear you.
It was the first time I saw this unblurred tonight. It was a cruelty so unimaginable, that inside I’d hoped it was a fake vid and there was nothing behind those blurs. But no.

The inhumane mindset of the IDF is deeply disturbing and terrorising.

May they all pay for what they have done.

@inkworks273 Yes, I just beg it stops.

Can you clarify what you mean by this?

stomachamelon · 15/02/2024 00:10

Yes. sorry. You said 'may they pay for all they have done'
Members of the IDF are hostages.
It's doesn't really tally with you standing and giving the hostages a standing ovation.

Thought they had already found the tunnel below … why displace (and mostly attack) the people in the hospital ?

EasterIssland-Because that's what they always do. They want to collapse the Gazan health system and take great pleasure in tormenting innocent civilians while they do it. They're nothing but evil monsters, unfortunately. ☹️

Because they can.

You don't think that the soldiers who abandoned neonates to die on their own and their bodies to rot should be held accountable for that? Why ever not?

Absolutely, being a member of an armed force does not give you impunity and soldiers all over the world have been tried, convicted and imprisoned for war crimes, murder and so on. I think they are extremely naive and arrogant to constantly show their faces in the videos of them committing war crimes

@stomachamelon Members of the IDF are hostages.

When the Al-Nasr hospital in Northern Gaza was attacked and evacuated by the IDF, the medical staff in the NICU refused to leave, but were led out at gunpoint.

IDF soldiers told clinicians that help would be given to the babies they were treating, who couldn’t not be evacuated without specialist transport.

But when there was ‘humanitarian pause’ a fortnight later, when the first hostage exchange took place, journalists returned to the Al-Nasr hospital to find the premature babies decomposing in their beds having been just left to die by the IDF. What an evil.

This video evidence is very upsetting, so please view with caution:

That is depraved I have no words for such cruelty. How could any decent human being walk away leaving newborn babies to die. It is just unthinkable. Absolute monsters.
It is well documented that the rate of Domestic Violence is higher amongst service personnel in comparison to the civilian population, I would definitely not want some of these blood thirsty IDF soldiers coming home to me and my kids.

"Who does this? I can’t believe evil like this exists among us. They made him run back toward the crowd blindfolded then executed him.

Imagine the story they would have conjured up if we didn’t have the video."

Shot him in the back. Another war crime caught on camera.

Apparently this happened back in August. Strange seeing as apparently everything was fine back then for Palestinians, if you believe some people around here.

My DSis had a Jewish 'friend' at university. She had no reason to believe she was a zionist until this woman moved to israel.

She sent her videos of herself with her family and friends sat on chairs at the top of a hill wherever in israel she lived laughing and cheering whilst the iof bombed Palestine. This was 14 years ago.

Awful, isn't it. If it was August, it further shows how Palestinians have been treated appallingly long before the current stage of the conflict.

anotherlevel · 15/02/2024 15:21

@ChickHenLittle exactly and as @ConnieCounter said some people seem to think everything was fine back then.

inkworks273 · 15/02/2024 15:28

Unbelievable that this happened in August. It just goes to show that the Palestinians have been suffering at the hands of Israel long before the eyes of the world were on them.

HeidiInTheBigCity · 15/02/2024 15:36

Why are you bringing up the 1940s? Pretty sure Netanyaha, the IDF and Hamas didn't exist back then

They didn't start it, but are perpetuating the behaviour.

The IDF (well, its pre-cursors for a while, foremost among them the Haganah) most certainly did exist in the 40s. In its current form, it has existed since 1948.

Technically, for the tiniest part of the decade, so did Netanyahu (he was born in 1949), but, no, of course he was not a player back then. He had his 1st term as PM in the 1990s.

And no, Hamas would not exist for another ~40 years - it was founded in 1987.

... but then, none of this started with Bibi and Hamas!

When I said "try the 1940s" what I actually meant was "talking about August 2023 in terms of how long this has been happening to Palestinians seems like a bit of an understatement".
