It had been reported that people suffer torture and abuse while under administrative detention. This is especially disturbing when you consider many of them are children.

The slogan HAMAS = ISIS is not wrong - all kinds of awful things ISIS did/do from child soldiers etc is the same. Israel needs to rout Hamas once and for all.

You're minimising and excusing documented abuse of children. Why? It's possible to accept that there ongoing wrongs committed by Israel without diminishing the Hamas atrocities.

You really haven't - you have just suggested that the IDF must somehow have immunity to maintaining the human rights of children due to some sort of specialist knowledge? Just no. No security force, including the self-styled "most moral army in the world" has the right to torture or abuse children. You can acknowledge the abuses over the years by the IDF without excusing the violence of Hamas.
