You know that this thread is about the death of a 9 year old child?
Although each post is giving more and more insight into what i previously was unsure whether it was true or propaganda

I would also love to know why people don’t hold Hamas responsible for the bullshit they pull, because they do pull this bullshit, and they do it repeatedly, and deliberately. Soldier kills soldier- that’s war. Thats what it is. I blame the ones who put children in that situation, not the ones who act like every other military.

There is a whole thread called documenting Hamas something or other if you would like to post about Hamas. This thread is about a 9 year old boy who was shot in the head as he was fleeing the IDF, it isn't about Hamas at all. Your posts would probably be more suited to the thread that is about Hamas.

Yes you said there was a video going around, you hadn't seen it.... then spoke about this 8 year old as if it was a given that he was a child soldier and the IDF had no choice but to shoot him. You should be ashamed.

And the ex IDF soldier who founded Breaking the Silence said they are taught their is no difference between a Palestinian adult and child - they are all fair game 💔

But in the absence of any evidence that this child was throwing explosives, why raise the suggestion he was a child soldier?

Not seen anything about their funerals either - maybe passed under the radar with all the other news about violence on the WB - parents likely relieved to not have Hamas making a big show of their tragedy

the only reason an investigation was done into Tom Hurndall’s death is because he was young, white, British and from a nice well to do family whose dad is a well connected lawyer who applied pressure through the British government and media. Even then the IDF tried famously to cover up what actually happened to him.

Hamas in their disgusting and cowardly attack, killed 1400, Israel has killed, so far, 15,000 people, inc 5000 children, displaced 2m people, now with little food, no housing, no medical services, 100k injured.

They also show no signs of limiting, let alone stopping.

Plus they've fired rockets at Israel as well now. They can't even stick to a ceasefire themselves so not sure why half of Europe are bleating on about a ceasefire for gaza

Not seen any very recent stats. At the beginning it was something like 0.1% people killed were Hamas. Ridiculous. So much for "targeted campaign". More like targeted to anyone.

About 4-5 days ago IDF said a 'figure between 1000 and 10000' - understand that this sort of meaningless twaddle is just par for the course in wars but obv more important here wrt issue of proportionality

Definitely. I reported it as it's not needed and is a staggering disrespect to civilian lives. However, sometimes I think it should be left to stand so everyone can see the sort of hate that is spewed out when so many will die in the midst of a humanitarian crisis.

Israel has been indiscriminately murdering Palestinians since 1948. Have you ever spoken up about doing something to stop them murdering any Palestinians they can get to eh?
