This was scenes at the hospital when the orders were given

It's pure evil. They had the means to evacuate the ill out of Al shifa into Egypt or elsewhere in a dignified manner. It didn't have to be like this yet they continue to treat them as sub humans.
Infact if they had done it properly then it would have been a win for Israel. Public opinion would have started to shift and given them more credit.
So it's either Netanyahu and Co really don't give a damn

I don’t think Israel will be held to account for this grotesque misuse of power. Israel can no longer hide its barbarity. Too many of us have excused previous behaviours because of the Holocaust and the misplaced belief that a people who endured such horrors would then not inflict depravity on others. I then thought it was generational trauma and a desperate need to feel safe at any cost. Now I see that it is in fact the same ideology as all fascists time immemorial.

Why do they have to evacuate ? Weren’t there the other day and found that Hamas had been there and displayed what they had found ? Why the urge now to once again kick ill people from the same hospital? What are they trying to hide that they don’t want people to see ?

The forced evacuation of the hospital is truly barbaric. When is our government going to say enough is enough?

That's a good question. To cause as much suffering as possible? Talk about man's inhumanity to man.

If as IDF are insisting that the evacuation wasn't forced by them but had been requested by the director of the hospital and they were just helping why didn't they get ahead of the game [before Al Jazeera started reporting] and announce their humanitarian evacuation?

It is a massacre. There were bodies as thickly together as sardines everywhere.

Al Fakhoura school was bombed overnight when everyone slept.
This is as usual indiscriminate shelling. Not focussed by using drones.
There is no attempt at all to focus on Hamas.

The deaths at the school , from the report by Al Jazeera who are there with cameras, look huge, there are bodies everywhere and children looking for their parents.

There is a report that all those evacuating from Al Shifa are being stopped at a checkpoint and the men are not being allowed to leave.

It is an obscenity, a complete stain on us that our government and the US is continuing to back this mindless raging Israeli state.

Seriously, Israeli govt need to be tried at the Hague.

Meanwhile in the WestBank the IDF and Israeli settlers continue to
throw Palestinians off their farms.

smash up their homes and machinery.

No report of what they are doing to the farmers and their families, but I think we can guess.

I don’t know if anyone here on mumsnet speaks Arabic, but I heard on Al Jazeera that you could hear children calling for their parents.
