You are ignoring the wishes of Shani's family. She deserves respect in death. As do all the people who have been murdered in Israel and Palestine. Shani and her family's pain shouldn't be exploited.
Just as there are clear rules around engaging in conflict, there are also clear rules around reporting in conflict.
It is blatantly obvious the people treating this like a game on social media who have no respect for human life, who have never been in a conflict zone or a refugee camp, who have never sat with families whose relatives were murdered in a genocide.
Your lack of knowledge may be understandable but the lack of dignity, respect and humanity is unforgivable.

Terrorism. Over zealous response. Hostages and people being killed/ used as human shields.
There is no right side.
Just people caught up in an unimaginable situation.

Of course not, and you know it. Most of the Jewish people are appalled by what the Israeli government is doing in Gaza. And they are speaking out against it.

Goodness this is toxic.

Maybe I am strange but I don’t need the exact details of these deaths. I believe horrific attacks were carried out on innocent Israeli people. People of all ages and sexes were attacked, injured, raped, taken hostage and died. I don’t need to see the exact numbers or method of deaths.

I believe thousands of innocent Palestinian people are being bombed and are dying. Dehydrated and lacking essential meds. Kids and adults. I don’t believe all the bombs are being directed solely at Hamas. I don’t need the details of the deaths.

I find the focus on how exactly people died macabre and distracting now. People have lost their lives. That is dreadful enough.

One innocent death is one too many. We need it to stop now. There is nothing good that can come out of this now. I feel so angry, sad and helpless.

I have no words left for the Israeli genocide in Gaza and the ethnic cleansing in the West Bank. How many more babies will they kill until it’s enough, I hope that evil fucking bastard Netanyahu ends up in The Hague tried for war crimes. The western governments are morally bankrupt in supporting Israel, but guessing that’s where they are making their money in selling arms to a terrorist state. They need to go The Hague as well. Anyone calling this post antisemitic, go there as well, as you are supporting this awful regime.

They're referring to the Israeli government. Condemnation of the Israeli government is not anti semitism.

It's usually bad form to pick the side committing an atrocity.

Both "sides" have had horrific civilian losses so picking one like it's a fucking football match is what I would say is bad form.

Condemnation of the Israeli government is not only permitted, but essential at this time. The mass killings of the people trapped in the Gaza strip needs to be seen and called out for what it is.
