Something I keep coming back to.. for the people whose sympathies lie with the Palestinians and think an eye for an eye and that Hamas have been pushed to act the way they have, how do you justify the brutal rape of women by Hamas?

I could keep going..... bit of Hamas with your morning denials and lack of knowledge about Israeli society and ritual.

It doesn’t matter what I think happened. It does matter that families have not been given a cause of death for their loved ones or are having claims they say are false made about them to justify killing children. Claiming a dead woman was raped and mutilated when it’s unlikely to be true based on what her family has said is diabolical, her family is distraught that a religious extremism group like Zaka has done this to monetize her death.

If discussion about alleged sexual assaults upsets you, I’d suggest not reading threads about it.

You're right, your thoughts really don't matter. Ridiculous, baseless thoughts never do.

Calling Zaka "a religious extremism group" is absurd. Their whole mission is to offer dignity in death, even if that death happened in the most horrific and undignified way.

@EasterIssland it's these kind of posts that are the reason I am very annoyed this thread was resurrected. I hope you understand now. This is the extent of rape denial going on in the anti-Israel brigade.

But Zaka is a religious extremism group, made up of volunteers with no formal training in what they claim to do. To the point where their extremism relieves them of IDF duty. That’s not my opinion, that’s their charter. It was founded by a child sex offended who used religion to assault his victims. “After Yehuda Meshi-Zahav, ZAKA's co-founder and main figurehead for more than 30 years, was awarded the Israel Prize in March 2021,[23][24] multiple accusations surfaced of his having committed sexual assaults against women, girls and boys over several decades, with the knowledge of others in the community.[25][26][27] Channel 13 reported that ZAKA officials had known about the abuse allegations and worked to silence the claims.”

Oct 7 was monetized by Zaka, to the point where even Israeli media couldn’t avoid reporting on how its volunteers spread outrageous and Islamaphobic lies in order to generate donations. What dignity in death? <a class="break-all" href="https://archive.today/20240209154317/www.haaretz.com/israel-news/2024-01-31/ty-article-magazine/.premium/death-and-donations-did-the-volunteer-group-handling-the-october-7-dead-exploit-its-role/0000018d-5a73-d997-adff-df7bdb670000" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">https://archive.today/20240209154317/www.haaretz.com/israel-news/2024-01-31/ty-article-magazine/.premium/death-and-donations-did-the-volunteer-group-handling-the-october-7-dead-exploit-its-role/0000018d-5a73-d997-adff-df7bdb670000

Ah yes, the same Israeli rituals that involve blocking aid trucks to a starving indigenous people? I think the world is truly aware of that country’s cultural values now.

ZAKA volunteers are trained. They're often also religious. Being religious does not make you an extremist.

Not sure what the founder has to do with October 7th? I assume you just mentioned him because you enjoy pointing out every single despicable Jew you can find? There is no other reason for you to have mentioned him. He had already been dead for over a year when Hamas started their massacre.

"even Israeli media couldn’t avoid reporting" then goes on to post something from Haaretz which has always been very vocal in it's criticism of the Israeli government 😂😂😂 Trying to make it sound as though it's some kind of big deal that Haaretz reported on something controversial, when they do it all the time.

With regards to your other post about "indigenous people"... I mean. Come on. Are you trying to pretend Jews aren't also indigenous to the area?

Some Jewish people are indigenous to the area. Israelis as a nationality are not. It’s extremely antisemitic to conflate the two.

Can you link to where it states Zaka volunteers are trained in corpse handling and retrieval, outside of religious ceremony? At this point it seems their involvement has helped wiped away any evidence to help rape victims get justice.

And I would say you are, by suggesting it’s offensive for rape claims to be investigated. Talk about minimizing victims, by refusing them the right to an autopsy or kit. Do you think this is how victims should be treated?

Humdingerydoo · 27/02/2024 14:19

Yes @SomeCatFromJapan , why are you so opposed to justice for these victims? 🥹

I think maybe we leave this poster alone. The comments are genuinely disgusting enough that everyone can see exactly what this poster is all about. They're doing our job for us by outing themselves in such a spectacular way. Literally no one is stupid enough to believe that this poster cares a squat about the victims, they're clearly just here to be as offensive as possible.

SomeCatFromJapan · 27/02/2024 15:17

@Humdingerydoo yes I agree. They're angry about the conflict and expressing that anger by coming onto this thread and making offensive comments, basically. I suppose it makes a change from frightening autistic children at Costa

This attached article from mid November quotes a pathologist clearly stating that there were babies amongst the headless corpses. I presume highly qualified pathologists (two are named, you can look them up) know what a head looks like?

@StarbucksSmarterSister fancy arguing the semantics of.... they were without heads and when they were separated from them.

@Fancylike your statement is just opinion. Israel doesn't have to do anything for you. I view you and your ilk as peddler's of 'misinformation'. You remain getting all your info from propaganda on the net. If doubting rape is your thing that says more about you than it says about Israel.

Who are these babies? Only one baby, 10 month old Mila Cohen, died. She was shot in a crossfire, as reported by her mother.

I wouldn’t presume these pathologists know anything, given they are on record lying about headless babies. How vile.

No, there was more than one baby brutally murdered by terrorists that day. One baby was murdered while still in utero. Her mother was on her way to hospital to give birth when the terrorists, whose actions you have been consistently minimising, shot her and killed her baby. The baby didn't live long enough to even be named.

How absolutely revolting to think that you're actually getting "thanks" for your comments. I assume that's why you're saying it though - it doesn't take much encouragement to spur some people on. All they need is a little bit of attention. Very Trump behaviour.

Dibilnik · 28/02/2024 14:44

You are lying, a particularly gross and pathetic lie.

Gosh, talk about pot kettle black!

Yes, such an interesting comment. Before I reply though, what exactly are you trying to insinuate? Just so we're clear what I'm being accused of.

Not feeling brave enough to actually say what I'm being accused of? Probably because you've realised just how insane it will make you sound.
