That has been implied on one the other thread. Also that they weren't 'dressed' as terrorists.
Lots of pitiful excuses as well as doubting the footage even though Hamas have confirmed.

Some people seem oblivious to the fact that terrorists don't have signs on them or clothing to mark them out. That's why it's so difficult to catch them.

Some of the 11k that have been killed might not have been innocent but most likely a vast majority were. You’re innocent until
proven wrong and im pretty sure 50% killed (kids) were innocent. This is collective punishment.

News verified from sky Hamas in hospitals although this was denied by doctors.

I think half the trouble is that some people reported to be Journalists, charity and UN workers etc are often Gazens or people with Gazens heritage. This is totally understandable and normal in most countries because it provides employment plus they understand the area and the people. However it makes it very hard to know the truth because it has the potential for some Hamas members and supporters to have infultrated these organisations for years. I think we just have to all wait to find out the truth and even then some will deny it.

Trulywonderful would you accept the truth even if it made Israel look bad?

@Trulywonderful have you seen the map of hospitals accessible from Israel. Al shifa js at the back of a large amount.

@headstone I could ask the same as you? Did you see what I posted underneath about medical staff knowing Hamas was in al shifa with hostages?

Stomacharmeleon I have nothing but respect for any of the medics working in Al Shifa hospital. These are the real heroes. I’m sure everything said and done was to protect the patients and to keep a functional hospital in a war zone. There are people who heal children and this that kill a child every 10 minutes because they have lost their humanity. Anyone supporting what the IDF are going has lost their humanity.

What a weird thing to say I slag off the Israeli government, am not happy at civilians dieing and am honest about faults currently and in history of the conflict from both sides. I always have been very straight when I post about this my thoughts on the conflict.

No it isn't actually a subject I am looking at really. I just keep stumbling over stuff I know others would want to see so post it. I just the truth will probably come out in time etc

Is there any alignment between who Hamas say they have got and who Israel say are missing? Has Hamas released any proof of life?

Sorry if a link has already been posted, there is very little data on the hostages (number found dead, number presumed alive etc, if Hamas are releasing anything about them) that I can find anyway and I'd like to read more about them, the comment about recognising them as humans not one homogenous mass has hit home.

I believe part of the problem at the moment with regards to the rumoured ceasefire in exchange for hostages is that Hamas are saying they "only" have 50 children and women whereas Israel thinks it's more like 70. I fear there will be a significant number of people that we will never know what happened to them. Absolutely devastating.
