Oh I see splash, sorry - in the air is fine. Sorry, getting your hopes up. sorry. wait til sat. Start ov sticks on day 11 then one each day - after midday and after NOT going to the loo for 4 hours. You should get a positive within 5 days IF your cycle is 28 days. The test has instructions though. You'll be fine.

Told dh, he was delighted albeit a bit surprised that it happened straight away. Both a bit nervous now that we will get to 3 monts.

I've certainly not gone Jemma 7 , not without u lot anyway. I post on here loads and feel I can only say a couple of things on the pg thread as its so early and I know some one there from the m/c thread. I have a little girl already but feel a complete novice again! As TM says get shagging. We need to make some room on this thread for new ttcers and get rid of these oldies now! !!! YKWIM!! I'm the same as you splash - ovd on either 5th or 6th July (according to the sticks). I'm not due till Mon or Tues and will prob not test till Weds (if i'm lucky enough to get that far without AF). No major symptoms apart from thinking I must be pregnant, but then again I think that on every '2 week wait' so whats new? Trying not to be too optimistic as I was very dissapointed last month.

Ok so what's going on !!! Two positive tests, First Response and Clear Blue, been dying for a pee on the drive home from work and my kits from that website mentioned on here arrived (Acorn they are I think ) that test came up negative. Is it possible I could have had two positive results and then get a negative / not be pregnant. Is it because not enough HCG in my wee coz drank lots of water today ?

I had two positives and then a negative then a positive again. In the end you have to just stop testing - it is not possible to get a false positive, but it is possible to have a false neg.

I know how your feeling cos thats what I was like, but just get booked in at the docs (or midwife) and enjoy

Prob due to diluted wee! I'm sure if it was first thing in morning it will be ok. Other that or those sticks are crap and I have been using those to test all the time!!! ARGGGGHHH! Could I be? NO.

Tm - don't panic. My previous search on websites show that all pg tests have diff sensitivty. For eg the First response will detect 20 mls of HCG and clear blue I think is 30 or so. The higher the hcg the further on you are in pg. These cheap ones off the net are higher sesivity and may not detect for acouple more days.

Congratulations Tillysmummy! (I wouldn't worry about the negative test). Hi everyone else. I bought Persona today so shall be using that as soon as my period arrives.

Just nosing in here, but Tillysmummy, I had those v. cheap website tests giving me a negative and the Boots one giving me a v faint positive the same day but I just think the web ones are less sensitive. I'd say you're pregnant. That was quick then, congratulations!

I meant lower sensitivity not higher, thnaks www! TM, I am such a geek aren't I!! I spend woo much time at work on the net doing research about stuff. I always store bits of info for use later!!

Hd, well done getting your persona. Its a bit wierd at first but you'll soon be tetsing away and know eactly when to lure your DH into a sesh!!! Keep us posted how you get on!

Ok, so I've done the LAST test I promise ! It was another of the internet ACON tests and did if first things this morning and it was positive. My opinion is internet ones aren't good, or they are only reliable with first morning pee (although don't say that) when hcg levels are high. I can't remember who was using those ones (Egypt ??, Splash??) but I would think it's a good idea to get reliable one from chemist.

hi all, saddo here, i know i was going to wait to do another test but.... i did another test from first response- got the twin pack yesterday and again neg.first morning wee as well. i am trying to imagine a line,, sometimes i see a feight one and then i think if i did not want to become pg i would see this result as it was, neg. last night felt exhausted and had to have a nap, felt kind of funny this morning, surely if i had ov on 5 jul i would get a pos by now. feel like buying more tests after tm's episode, congratulations again tm, my ds is almost same age as yours. last two times i became preg almost straight away. why is it not happening so quick now. big bird are you testing today, somebody talk to me..

im testing to early arent i. if i did ov on 5, couting really 14dys after this it should be either friday or saturday shouldn't it, could i be testing too early??
