Just another 'me me me' post (update!)

Terrible pain from 5pm and into the night, stuck it until half two (I have a really high pain threshold) paracetamol was not touching it so ended up in out of hours at 3.20 - lovely man gave me an injection and some co-codamol.

Really, really didn't want to go back to hossie, I can't face the thought of more blood letting and so on!

I think my cyst is bleeding into my abdominal cavity - I'm really bleeding like I've never bled before - and without being too graphic, it's like fresh blood when you cut yourself (not my usual period), and is still going strong and heavy on day Four - unlike my periods which get lighter on day three .

Have even more bloods (yuk) tomorrow so will ask them there what they think.

Feel ok- actually managed a little Sunday morning jig to Toots and the Maytals this morning!

That sounds horrible hairy, glad you're a bit better today. Definitely get properly checked out.

Period arrived today and I am all systems go for trying again. I am very excited and a little bit terrified at what might happen or not happen.

Hairy, can they just put in a port for the day for your bloods tomorrow instead of poking you each time. It might be annoying, but I know the needles get to be awful. I hope they get everything sorted very soon, you have been through so much lately. It's really time for a break.

Can I get some words of wisdom from someone??

I stopped bleeding last sat after 8 weeks of bleeding following a medical management for MMC. Over the past 2 days I have been getting cramps and a small amount of light brown spotting (sorry for TMI.) I am unsure if this is AF - seems too soon, - if not what the hell is going on now??? I was put on progesterone for a week to stop the bleeding - i got a period like bleed with some small clots, then stopped about 5 days later (last sat)

Also - I have been asked where abouts I am in my cycle. Do you count from the day you started bleeding for the miscarriage as day 1 or the day you stopped bleeding?- or in my case the day i started the period like bleed after the progesterone?? Sorry for so many questions on a lovely sunny day xx

Hello everybody peeps.

I'm a leetle tiddly as we've had a lovely day of BBQ-ings and cider-ings!
I made burgers, from scratch.
Jamie Oliver ones, with lots of garlic. Mmmmmmmm.
Will be sharing the love tomorrow doing make overs.

Had a lovely night last night too, MrG came up trumps with the restaurant.
We had a really good chat about possibilities about the problems we may face with having our bab and he was just so diplomatic,supportive and understanding about me being a little on the crazy side.
He keeps me grounded.
We've been together for 8 yrs and last night we also reminissed about how,why and when we got together.
He was and still is one of my closest friends.

We came home and had the best night we had for a while
We've been putting alot of pressure on each other with either trying too hard or trying not to when we are not supposed to iykwim.

Anyways nuff of the soppy mememes.
Off to catch up with DrWho and finish my cider.

battery the first day of your mc bleeding is CD1. It sound like you may have had a period? It's quite common to have spotting and brown discharge I think, took 3 cycles for me to have a normal one. It's so frustrating waiting for your body and hormones to settle down. Other peeps on here have had good things to say about acupuncture, and I think Reflexology helped me get my cycle sorted. ok ladies need help... Had written this month off a bit, because despite swi every other day, I hadn't got a peak on my cbfm, which I was expecting on fri. But today on cd25 it apoeared- argh! Am desperately trying to work out how to get some action!!! Ds folied us this morning, by waking at 5.30am and refusing to leave my side, and now I have the inlaws staying the night, and whilst very understanding I think dragging dh off to bed is a step too far... So, am currently sitting with them all watching telly and plotting my seduction plans ... Dh doesn't like to know specifics on dates - it makes him feel 'used' (!!) plus is usually a morning man iykwim and I don't think my slightly sunburnt forehead is particularly attractive...

Woohoo! Got a positive opk. Am well aware this does not guarantee ovulation but it still makes me feel better to see a what a proper positive on the opk looks like. It's six weeks today since the mc started so looks like an 8 week cycle. So more swi is in order for the next couple of nights.

pv glad you had a nice time last night. Your dh sounds so wonderfully supportive. It's good to meet other long-termers too (dh and I will be celebrating 15 years since we dated this august).

batteryhen I've had a couple of weird mid-cycle spottings. Inexplicable brown cm. Last time I had it was last weekend 3/4 days after I thought I'd ovulated. Obviously I hadn't so must have just been my hormones re-balancing. I read somewhere that any bleeding that happens less than 21 days after the end of your mc bleeding is not a period it's your body continuing to get rid of whatever might still be there. Try and see it as a positive thing (although I'm one to talk I had a proper freak out when it happened to me, even took a pregnancy test, doh!).

Right, and so off to end what has been a lovely sunny weekend. Last weekend's seeds have sprouted and we dusted off the BBQ for the first time this year. DS finally went to bed without a tantrum at just gone 8, things are looking positive.

Hey Clareanna - great news on getting that peak, remember it shows the LH surge that happens just before you ovulate, so don't panic, it's not too late. I think if you can wake up early tomorrow morning and surprise DH you'd have done ok. It's good though, isn't it, that the CBFM showed you you're going to ovulate late, I would have just assumed I already had or wasn't going to at all.

I'm with you with the burnt forehead, I've also got patchy burn on my shoulders where I missed with the suncream. I will be among the pink people at work tomorrow

Digital yup, bloody hell. I am now convinced that my ovarian cyst has burst, and that it is continuing to bleed, due to the nature of the pain and symptoms and the factthat I am literally running a constant trickle of bright red blood.

Have (yet another) HCG test tomorrow so I will tell them that I'm really concerned.

I've told OH that I absolutely do not want any of my reproductive parts removed unless I am in a life threatening position, (sorry don't mean to sound dramatic!) - I mean if they had to operate to remove the cyst, then I don't want to lose any other bits!!!

viv morning, can't believe you been waterworks all morning over Lost! But then I lost interest after series 2... never quite got back into it

clare if you didn't manage to get one in the bag with DH last night hope you managed it this morning - I too love my CBFM for the reassurance it gives me, I haven't check lately because we are not trying but I even so I am tracking my cycle, know when I ovulated and will be able to see cycle length. RTD is due any day as I think I am roundabout CD26 or 27, I know though because I have a huge subcutaneous spot dweeling on my chin - a cm left from where I had one last month - why do hormones make spots come in the same place
