Lyra hope everything gets sorted for your Dad...and bear in mind that although the communication might be crappy, it doesn't mean his treatment and care is too...hopefully they are just too busy looking after everyone to keep in touch properly...I think sometimes there is a lack of understanding about how just taking a few minutes to explain things properly can spare families days of anxiety and worry...it's so frustrating!

Laurie I get ov twinges and pains too...I am amazed how I missed them all those years before attempting the updiff! It's back on the iui bandwagon this month for me (whoop de doo) and on Wednesday it's the one year anniversary of my first conception via iui ...should have a 3 month old by now, so I feel ya' Gin and aMuseBouche, and all my sisters in BESHness.

Hi Bessie thanks for asking. Strangely enough it wasn't too bad A little too toddler and baby-centric for my liking, but that's not my in laws' fault. They don't know what we're up to! But five of them are here for the rest of the week so I probably will have committed bloody murder by then.

Lyra that sounds awful not having the info you need. Hope you get some sense out of them soon. Is there anyone closer who could be there when your Dad sees the medics and pass the info back to you and your Mum? (I'm guessing not because I'm sure you'd've thought of that already)

Droid arrived this morning, which wasn't a surprise because I was crampy last night and temp dropped this morning. So that's a 25 day cycle (3 days shorter than last one) with an 8 or maybe 9 day luteal phase (although who knows - my temps are all over the place so I'm not 100% sure when/if I ovulated, but whatever it's too short). Spent most of the morning sat trying to facilitate a meeting while just wanting to be curled up in bed with a hot water bottle.

Lyra - I hope you get some info about your Dad soon. That NHS isn't getting much good press on these boards lately, is it?
I'm sure you'll get something soon, though. It sounds awful for your Dad, too, being so far away from home. Hugs to ya (have almost used up my quota of hugs for the year now - all three of 'em).

Hi ladies. Just following your thread. I'm 29, been trying 3 years. This is my last month on clomid before my Dr decides to take me off becuase I've done too many rounds of it. So I'm ovulating normally again, and hopefully it will keep up. Also started seeing a nutritionalist I have lovingly dubbed the womb whisperer.LOL She has a great many woman she has gotten pregnant, simply by adding vitamins, and changing eating habits. I'm not overweight, but that doesn't mean I'm putting the right stuff in my body. Also this month I have ordered pre seed. I have heard alot about it and thought I'd give it a try.
