Ok i get it now, sorry to sound really dumb but do we have to keep changing our CD in our stats every day? Im thinking probably not but im new to this TTC'ing (and actually having to think about it) malarky.

Am glad i am not the only one ttc a higher number though as people often think im crazy for having a 17, 15, 12 and 12 mo and why on earth i want another

I will have a read back over the thread now for some tips and to see how everyone else is doing - thanks for the heads up about the opk and not always showing an ovulation - you never know this month might be the month! Oh and can i also ask what SWI'ing is? Well i actually know what it is but what does it 'stand' for, i have perused these threads here and there and know BD'ing but not SWI'ing?

Lemon you sound just like me. This SWI is just dull. Made even more so (TMI alert) by the fact that my DH had tight foreskin and missionary is the only position we can manage without condoms.... Argh... So don't really get to have as much fun as SFF (sex for fun). I know I shouldn't whinge but I do.

Am going to sob -hysterically-- have a rational chat with the doctor on Monday about how long this darn process is taking. Yawn. See if I can get referred for test.

Have eaten 3 cupcakes today And despite only SWI once at right time and that was directly after DP boiled his sperm in the bath, and am only 3 DPO I am already symptom spotting And can I just say; aarrgghhhhhh!

Lemon me too - I just want that one sperm to meet the egg and make a baby. Would swap a diamond ring for that (well am after an eternity ring but would put it on hold).

DH has a cream for the foreskin but still limited in positions. I love being in control (sometimes)so not really a good thing for me.

Do try to make it fun but.... tis hard when you are stressed anyway. Hopefully this will be the month or the hypno will work. Sex is fun, sex is fun.... That will definitely send me to sleep.

I am considering a baster, but muffin sounds much nicer and less uncomfortable. Have you been to doctors since MC to see why its taking so long to conceive again or have you been keeping away?

I second couch too comfy...I've got a day off work today, and was looking forward to a lovely day doing something with DS to make me appreciate what I've got. Instead he started throwing up last night and has been in a horrible mood (naturally) most of the day. He's napping now and I'm trying to stay as quiet as possible so he has good long nap -- that's my excuse for good old MN session anyway

Lou was told to wait six months before trying again, had to have emergency d and c and three pints of blood( mc in march well started on mothers day ) .

When we went to gp there answer is you have done it before so it should happen again ! She said if it hasn't happened by July to go back and they will maybe do tests.

Just wanted to add that I agree with all this SWI being dull. I am so fed up of it all it will be 2 years next month since we started ttc that I think I am going to give up. My body is still all over the place from mc in december and I am on medication to sort out AF but I think it might be a long wait and I just want to get on with my life. Also the older DD gets the more I can't imagine having another baby.

The ttc stuff gets really boring and its turned me into 'the mad sperm lady'. Dh called me this after I phoned him at work went something like this

Mr Lemon 'No I forgot'

Ok im confused, i used clearblue opk this morning and nothing, nada then i tried this afternoon with my internet cheapy at about 3pm and got what looked to be a similar colour band or only marginally lighter to the test band on my internet opk - its colour wasnt greater but it wasnt that much less in intensity iyswim. I thought whoopie im getting the surge so just to be sure i tested again with the clearblue straight after with the same sample (sorry tmi) and got a O face on it (negative for surge). I dont know which is more sensitive? Arghhhh OPK's are a pita!

loopy, managed 4 cycles being serious about shettles. Had 2 chem pgs and an early miscarriage so am convinced I can't carry girls (this is bonkers, I know). Have now just gone for it this cycle. A healthy baby is all I need and, well, 4 boys is really pretty special, right?

a - opk's should be done between 2pm and 8pm, hence the O this morning.

however you are obvioulsy not on your surge yet as another O this afternoon and for the internet cheapies, the line must be AS dark or darker than control, this is the one test where the intensity of line is important. Mush easier to read smiley faces than trying to interpret lines.

We were doing the weekly shop and had another sperm melt down then, dh thinks it's quite funny that I worry about them so much. You only ( if lucky) get one egg a month but they get millions of sperm and I worry about them being deformed or swimming backwards and I need them happy not getting fried by a laptop or being boiled alive in the bath (was that your dh Tea?) Gregory not divorcing him until I get my baby and I'm terrified of needles so still unsure.

Accupuncture isn't always that bad, I had it when pg with my 2nd to try and stimulate labour, (it didn't). You could always just ask the practioner to stop if it's very uncomfortable.
