Thought I'd get a new thread started as we seem to have run out of space

Let's hope this one brings us all lots of luck!

Hey boba how frustrating for you, nothing like a good dose of PMT to ruin your day.
Hang in there, youre doing all you can. X

Lychees · 17/04/2010 18:19

Awww Boba, I know the feeling. I've had 6 week cycles a handful of times before. It's normally been down to stress or illness or too many soya products. Sending you a virtual hug.

I've been really tempted to poas today but haven't yet. I might give in to temptation tomorrow.

I got my peaks on CD15 and CD16 so think AF would have been due CD29 to CD31 or CD32 but I don't really know as my cycle can vary quite a bit.

Lychees · 17/04/2010 18:19

Also forgot to add .... no symptoms to report.

Gave in this morning and poas ... BFN. I expected this so I'm feeling okay about it.

On to a 2011 baby and a visit to my GP, fingers crossed for the next cycle.

Baby dust to all.

Lychees · 18/04/2010 17:15

AF got me this afternoon so back to CD1 tomorrow morning.

Medee · 18/04/2010 18:41

spotting has finally started on CD50! That was just my first CBFM cycle, so I am hoping next one will be more normal.

annab1 · 18/04/2010 19:50

sorry AF got you guys, this is year of the Tiger and not meant to be that great for babies anyway!

CD50! is that some kind of record?

Got my first peak today, went straight from low to peak, good to know something is happening at least!

Hi everyone,

I´m back to POAS with the monitor for he last 3 days, still low, no change to report. Taking vitamins and trying to stay heatlthy. Also, this month I will not BD with such an intensity, I think I will try to go for the everyother day and both the peak days. Last month, and sorry for TMI, DH conplaint that we did so much that he felt that on the last days (peaks) there was less sperm coming out...

Anna, why do you say the year of the Tiger is not great for babies?

Think I am on cd 11 today and for the seconf month no highs yet. Trying to be chilled but wondering if this is another waisted month. Still the easter holidays are over and the kids are back at school so only have the eldest ds and the youngest.

Sorry Nanny - if it makes you feel any better my 2nd month too and day 12 and still low. My peak last month was 17 & 18. Hang in there early days xx

vnewmummy · 19/04/2010 13:53

Boba - how are you feeling hon?

Any signs of AF or otherwise ...

xx

Lychees · 19/04/2010 14:12

Thanks, Boba, how have you been doing?

Hi BabyHoping, we are planning on bd'ing every other day or every two days until peaks this time. We got caught out last time by an early peak with no highs [CD15 when its more normally CD18].

Hi Nanny and vnewmummy, hope you get your highs soon.

boba82 · 19/04/2010 15:20

Hi vnewmummy and lychees. Still no AF for me, had one spotting incident yesterday but it came to nothing. Was so emotional yesterday, crying at drop of a hat for ages and over nothing so defo think AF is on the way, although I don't usually get like that so basically I'm a miserable old cow!

annab1 · 19/04/2010 20:36

Londonlottie youre right, im really sorry that that came across as sounding really flippant.
i was in a hurry and was also a bit excited as I really wasnt expecting a peak and just should of waited to reply.
I thought about it last night when i got into bed and was really embarrassed.
Again sorry everyone for that outburst, ecspecially Medee, I really didnt mean to be so blase', it was really bad form

Medee · 19/04/2010 20:42

Thanks for the apology, Anna. It did piss me off and I nearly replied but bit my tongue (or should I say, sat on my fingers!)

cyncan · 19/04/2010 20:53

Hey ladies!! It is so nice to see so many new additions to the forum. Many of you probably don't remember me. I have been MIA trying to figure out what is up with my body. Have been using the CBFM on and off for about a year. These last two months I haven't ovulated, so my OBG has been having me chart my temperature every month. Feeling a bit down don't know what is up with my body. Really trying to keep the hopes up. I see that all the ladies I used to blog with are now pregnant, I guess my time will come someday....

xoxo and baby dust to all.

Cyncan.

monkeybumsmum · 20/04/2010 08:08

Just a quicky from me - hi Cyncan lovely to see you. Don't think anyone remembers me either
So sorry for not having been back for so long, but we've had a really bad time. I was incredibly sick after getting our much longed for BFP, and then we heartbreakingly lost the baby at 15 weeks
We shall be trying again at some point but need to get much stronger first... Good luck to all of you on here, and I shall try to keep popping back xxx

PS Vikks Hello if you see this - hope all is going well with you x

Hi to cyncan and monkeybumsmum

cyncan I did not ovulate this month either, it's so frustrating isn't it?!

monkey so sorry to hear about your MC. Look forward to seeing you when you are feeling a bit better.

Lychees · 20/04/2010 09:47

Hi Medee and cyncan.

I'm so sorry about your loss, monkeybumsmum. Wishing you all the very best.

Morning boba, saw my GP this morning and I will be popping along to the hospital in the next few days to get my 5 day bloods. It was a better experience than I thought and he was happy to send me for immediate tests [just have to break it to hubby that they'll want to test his sperm, too ].

boba82 · 20/04/2010 10:08

Morning lychees, that's brilliant news. I'm getting my bloods done tomorrow and DH is doing his biz in a tub on Thurs so will hopefully have some results by end of next week.

We should hopefully both hear back around the same time then, it's nice to have someone in a similar position at same time.

Also good to see that we've both had positive outcomes so far on NHS.
