Hiya Diddle hun. How are you? I'm absolutely shattered here so going to grab a quick siesta and then clean.

Hello all, DS home sick poor baby hes had a 100% attendence so far this year and had been looking forward to his certicate. DD1 has been given a nursey place at his school from sept so I'm looking forward to peacfull afternoons (DD2 will nap!)
Putting in my planning appication to beable to employ someone to assist my childminding and increase number/income, far to much work and my dog will have to go

xena - why will your dog have to go????
wil it make a big difference to your income? having an asisstant, won't you lose a lot of money paying them?

I'll make more than I will lose. Its to do with allowing animals to fowl where children play (although I always clear it up) As I will be commerical property diff rules apply

HK - i'm fine thank you, having a busy day as always, been making fathers day cards and rushing around. wsh i could have a siesta, looks like all the little ones will have one so i can gte some peace for and hour.

oh, does it become commercial if you have an assistant, or is it turning into a mini nursery?

Xena- poor you!! That's awful. is there any way around it? Maybe sectioning off a small area just for him where kids are'nt allowed to go.
So humid here! Dp's out strimming grass and dd2 and I are sweating! Definitely turning the fans on tonight.

How's everyone else coping with the heat? In shorts and bikini top here!

We bought an air conditioning thingy from Homebase today as its 10% day

And I'm completly bankrupt as we went to H/b bought the air conditioner and a bbq. Then we went to the shoe shop as we thought that DD2 deserved some shoes (if I haven't already prodly told you she can WALK!!) Got the other 2's shoes checked and they both needed new ones. I couldn't even look when they totalled them. WThell are they so expensive.

What a lovely day-cut the grass etc but didn't put any sun lotion on so a bit sore at the moment. There is no way I will be able to sleep tonight in this heat. DH is snoring away already (he can sleep through anything) so will be sneaking downstairs to watch the end of Celeb Love Island.
