The bar is open and the ticking clock has been muffled for the duration...Come on in!

OP posts:
Scorpette · 20/10/2009 10:55

Sorry, Pigsy - you are right. It must be boring for everyone else and I'm sorry for going on. I do get passionate about stuff and forget that it might not always be appropriate to have it out wherever and whenever. I blame my parents

Despite this, I do not have any bad feelings towards Carrots or anyone who agrees and love chatting about all our woes

Now, let's discuss my sticky gusset - will this month be 'the one'? (ah, the rapturous delusion before the 2WOOFLing begins!)

iggypiggy · 20/10/2009 10:55

ah good plan! I no want see lots baby related status updates as feel bit like rubbing face in it. Mostly these are people I have pretty much lost touch with anyway!

iggypiggy · 20/10/2009 11:00

scorps is nice to see people passionate about stuff (on both sides) - but wouldn't want people to feel uncomfortable about posting here - let's get back to your gussett

On that note - where are ginhag and cunty ?

Scorpette · 20/10/2009 11:08

Ski - say whaaa? My Dad had to leave school at 16 because my Granddad had an accident down the pit; hardly the background of a Little Lady Fauntleroy! Both my parents have OU degrees, as have always had to work. My mum's family was lower-middle class and she was bullied every day at Grammar school for being a 'peasant' and a 'darkie' (my Gramps had a black Grandfather and was very Mediterranean-looking, as are my Mum, Uncle and brother). I did have a middle-class upbringing, but not in a rich or posh manner - my parents didn't listen to Radio 4, so might not even qualify as middle-class . I went to the shittest school in the region and, even worse, I was brought up to say 'serviette, lounge, settee, toilet', etc. and say dinner instead of lunch! Quel horreur - MIL thinks this is beyond the pale.

Also, earliest part of childhood was in the countryside, so am not blinkered townie.

Felt your comment was a bit bullying, TBH. Disagreeing with my beliefs is fine with me, but personal comments aren't cool.

Scorpette · 20/10/2009 11:10

I shall report you to MN HQ now and follow you round and slag you off

givecarrotsachance · 20/10/2009 12:27

scorps thanks for the agree to disagree. Stances are diametrically opposed from the key points of a) is it necessary for control, b) is it the most humane way, c) is it acceptable to control animals and b) is it effective as a method. That's fine, we can disagree on the above - no problem.

I think we do agree that raping maids and smearing blood is not cool.

We also agree that neither of us are in any way anything other than animal lovers.

We disagree entirely on the fact that that there is a class element to hunting and therefore being a socialist means that it's wrong to hunt (to paraphrase). I'm not going to argue the point, just to state that I disagree.

Everyone agrees that this is absolutely not the forum for this conversation. Polly - I am happy to answer your question privately via FB but this is the last I will say on the matter other than thank you for separating a single stance from a personality, as I do too, and once again I apologise for raising it. Iggy Apologies.

Girls, back to scorps knickers. V exciting. "Watching this space".

Scorpette · 20/10/2009 12:52

No worries, Carrots Let's punch and make up, like good BESHes and stop scaring everyone else away!

longwee · 20/10/2009 12:58

Have we stopped the arguing yet? Can the rest of us come out now...?

Right well as this is my first month of 2WOOFLing since July then I'm gonna start early... Am having imaginary implantation pains - although it's on both sides so either I'm i) having twins, 2) a loon 3) my ovaries are falling out

Anyone else?

iggypiggy · 20/10/2009 13:07

weewee it's probably twins - i sense it.

givecarrotsachance · 20/10/2009 13:13

longwee yes, absolutely. Sorry. Scorps sends first class right hand punch thing (don't know the terminology as boxing is brutal ).

long not sure about implantation pains. I know about ov pains - didn't know there were implantation ones too!! Sure it's not just gas???

Scorpette · 20/10/2009 13:19

Carrots - do you think we'd let a little thing like facts get in the way of 2WOOFLing?!

Sorry Longwee Both sides sounds promising (like an allover womb reaction?). Fingers crossed for you!

The only horse I get on is my high horse

Well, my gusset is as damp as a young 'un's - fingers crossed for some well-timed, non-comedy-mishap SWIing later (and tomorrow. And hell, Thursday too. Possibly Friday. And then you've got to have a shag at the wkend, haven't you? Poor TYF).

PS Although love to speak my mind, am now worried that people won't heart me any more for getting on my soap box (again). Am ridiculous blend of gobshite and oversensitive wimp

givecarrotsachance · 20/10/2009 13:52

LOLOL @ gobshite and oversensitive!! Not a good mix

Gusset sounds really positive. Good luck.

PollyPoo · 20/10/2009 16:14

wee definitely twins, no other possible reason for it.

I am refusing to do the 2WOOFLing this month. I have lost my PMA and already feel certain that I will get visited by the droid next Monday. Humph.

Scorps very pleased to hear about your wet gusset (go get 'im!!).

Medee · 20/10/2009 20:18

evening ladies.

Scorpette · 20/10/2009 20:55

I am here... contrite... why won't anyone come out to play?

Ponymum · 20/10/2009 21:14

scorps I'll play with you if you give me one of those special snogs you know I like.

Ponymum · 20/10/2009 21:16

Where is ginhaggard?

Scorpette · 20/10/2009 21:55

Yeah, where is our Hag? Surely she can't have better things to do than come on here?

As for the special snog... BRACE YOURSELF!

Ponymum · 20/10/2009 22:00

Ohhhhh scorp.... I am weak at the knees.

Ponymum · 20/10/2009 22:04

Hold on - I just saw your earlier post. Are you just using me as a warm up act so you're all hot and ready for your SWIing with TYF? Is this what you have to do to preserve his half-broken cock now? Use someone else for the fore play?

Scorpette · 20/10/2009 22:13

Don't act like you're surprised or offended - you laaaaahve it. Besides, it's him getting the sloppy seconds after you're done with me

CurlyCasper · 21/10/2009 08:34

Morning ladies. I think I'm broken again. I've been feeling sick for days and I'm not even 2WOOFLling. And now my skin has broken out in large. inflamed, red, itchy patches, where there would otherwise be 'normal' spots. Itchy as in keeping me awake...arrrhhg! Trowelled on the make-up in an attempt to look human. Probably not going to help my skin, but at least the redness is hidden. .

SFF got all worried on me and asked if I'm going to have swine flu jab because I'm trying to get pregnant. I did explain you actually have to be pregnant to qualify , although I will probably get it thanks to the rest of my medical history. Anyone else expect to be having it?

waspylady · 21/10/2009 09:01

Hello Curly

Poor you that sounds painful, hope the skin calms down soon.

I would not have a jab (there is no reason for them to offer it to me) I had a seasonal flu one once as I'd had bronchitis a lot and felt so awful afterwards I decided 'never again'

So I am 14DPO will it be the droid or will I get a baybeeeeee? Don't have any symptoms at all so I guess it could go either way [hopeful desperate emotion]

Having just typed that am now feeling a bit crampy

CurlyCasper · 21/10/2009 09:15

Hi waspy. You seem like a very calm 2WOOFLer, which probably means there is a baby in there. Fingers crossed [twists waspy's finger together behind here back - well, there has not been enough violence here recently]

Repeat after me "they are not cramps, they are implantation pains" x 50.

I think that's fair enough if you have no underlying reasons to have the jab. I was on immuno-suppressant drugs for 14 years until June this year, so think I might be offered. Knowing my luck with infections and such like it's probably best that I do have it. Reacted ok to seasonal flu jabs in the past. so not too worried - yet!

givecarrotsachance · 21/10/2009 09:21

Casper Big (huge) sympathies from this side. Any idea what's caused it? How long can you stay off the IS drugs? Are they completely contra-i for pregnancy/conception?

Waspy excellent news about the 14 days... very excited to hear some happy news, hopefully.

@ pony and scorp. I'm on something like day 6 now and already feeling the pressure for next week... Still, I bought the Boots pre-seed equivalant so if all else fails I can think of England. And I used to be really up for all this when there was no pressure on. What's that about?
