should i be taking folic acid or pre conception vitamins i was in the chemist today and saw so many all saying take if your trying to concieve, i knoe clearblue have some out for pre conception any ideas if i should if so which ones??

i'm on pregnacare, but yes u should be taking something. during my gonna pump my body full of everything months I was on angus catus (to increase/balance hormones) starflower to increase CM and help PMT) pregnacare, and also i've heard baby asprin works althou not sure whta it does.

rom glad ur feeling better what are kegels excercises ??? Im still not speaking to hubby and hes going to be spending tonight in spare room too feel v tearful this just keeps creeping up on me one minute im ok and the next minute in floods of tears.Thanks for support though gals munz hes not needed at the minute as only on cd5 so he can begger off.

deb, I beleive that's what's know as 'hormones' or at least that's what my DR keeps telling me, it's great to go along take DH with u and then they back off and make more allowances for you, and are more understanding after realising it's a actual condition. if that doesn't work then stamp on his winkle till he's nice!

Can anyone remember the other vit, that the Australian gov have advised pregnant women to take, it was on a thread ages ago....6mths or more ago.....

to tell you the truth frizbe - i didnt feel pregnant last time till i was in bloody labour so i ve no idea why im basing it on that!

p.s. charlee - i take pregnacare and mumomega which are the omega capsules (and starflower up to OV time but not after) you must take folic acid, pref. up to 3 months prior to conceiving.

charlee- i know omega 3 is great for brain function and developement, my 4yr old has a spoonful every day!!

Debbsy - sorry to hear the your DSH is being such an arse. My DH reckons I only want him for his sperm right now and is a little put out to say the least.....but at least he is willing to oblige when I want him to...within reason!

my dp always says that handbag thinks i only want him for babies becasue i dont usually have very much sex drive at all untill it comes to making babies- dont get me wrong i kiss and hug him! but he doesnt seem to mind to much but you cant imagine how many conversations weve had about it,

i think all our respective others think the same- mine is happy to oblige and even asks when his "services" will be required!

lol milosmum dp calls me chicken when im ovulating, he always reminds me that we need to start bding duh like i need reminding!

I think he just finds it odd sometimes when I go from not being interested because half the time I'm exhausted...to literally jumping on his bones as soon as dd is tucked up in bed!!
