Tabs · 02/06/2005 15:27

Milosmum - I'm so very sorry to hear your news. Trying for a baby really is too much of an emotional rollercoaster sometimes, so you step off for as long as you need. We'll all still be here for you when you're ready to try again.

(((((((((Milosmum))))))))

milosmum · 02/06/2005 16:12

thanks to you all...........

Frizbe · 02/06/2005 18:34

Oh Milosmum so sorry {{{Hugs}}}

Munz, (telling off voice) you musn't forget those folic acid tablets

Hi to all, nothing to report here! oh handbag, meant to say like the thread name also!

RachelRog · 02/06/2005 19:57

Hi Munz

My postings are very hit and miss, I'm afraid.....not surprised you forgot me...that's why my order hasn't arrived yet.....it has been misfiled!!!!

Stats are down at bottom on Sunday May 15th....going back a bit and posting occasionally since but reading every day without fail!!!!!

Would like twin beanies but would then have to sell pushchair that I bought before m/c ( stupid of me I know )so will happily settle for 1 beanie.

Was hoping for delivery this month....on cd21 and 7dpo.....but if I have been misfiled perhaps my order will now be at the bottom of the queue......don't know how much longer I can wait though until I am declared mentally insane with all this ttc malarky.

RachelRog · 02/06/2005 19:59

Just finished catching up and must say so sorry to Milosmum........the pain is dreadful I know .....so sorry

milosmum · 02/06/2005 20:05

thank you rachel- im just so tired. tired of trying, tired of wanting and now im tired of bloody crying.....

Hulababy · 02/06/2005 20:43

Hi Piffle; hope to see you around a bit more.

Sparkly/Trix ? I am on CD6; you too? How long is your cycle? Do you know when OVing? Think I OV around CD17/18 (maybe ealier some months) and cycle is about 28/29 days (but has been longer ? to 33 days). Hope our months come soon.

Hi Rom. I have given up on the idea of getting slim for my holiday. Only have two weeks now ? yeah!!!

Hi Ionia ? good luck on the TTC thread

Munz ? Sorry you are still waiting for that really bold bfp; hope Drs appointment goes well. Keep testing and it?ll get there! Oh, and can you enlighten me ? HSG???

Charleepeters ? FF is free after the trial, you just don?t get all the extra hints and tips. But you still can chart and it still pinpoints OV for you.

Munz/Frizbe ? house stuff is a nightmare right now. Buyer still hasn?t come through. Think we are going to lose our house as we were supposed to exchange on it this coming Monday and we can?t do that until we complete on the apartment. Buyer still says next Friday for completion but I can?t see that happening at all right now. Nothing we can do right now, feel very helpless. If we know nothing more tomorrow (DH in touch with buyer again) we are going to put apartment back on market, at reduced price with new agents. Feeling really down about it right now ? still up in night, not sleeping and being sick, and feel on verge of tears most of the time. Hadn?t realised how much stress can make you feel so physically ill until now

Milosmum ? I am so so sorry. TTC is just not fair at all times. Take care of yourself.

Frizbe · 02/06/2005 22:21

Oh Hula, What a nightmare, I'm keeping my fingers very crossed for you that the buyer completes as he says he will {{{{Hugs}}}}

romilly · 02/06/2005 22:57

milosmum - still thinking of you - and am so glad that you are still with us. make sure you do let yourself cry when you need to - it does help a bit. i hope you are being looked after.

hula - sorry to hear about house stress too, all you need on top of ttc stress - you are going to need that holiday.

handbag - loved that thread name too, although dont want to think about joining yet another thread IYKWIM

wendy hon - come and tell us how you got on when you get a chance. on tenterhooks for you.

munz - i have a huge box of belgian chocolates here for you tonight, am afraid all the white choc ones have disappeared from both layers mysteriously... enjoy

romilly · 02/06/2005 22:59

my bikini diet had a night off tonight too hula

munz · 03/06/2005 07:15

morning girls,

looks like it's back to the drawing board for me as well this week, i've started a v v light and watering bleeding. will give the DR's a call althou I don't know what he'll say as it wasn't confirmed by him. I feel so numb.

OP posts:
george32 · 03/06/2005 08:32

Oh Munz, I'm so sorry. There are lots of stories about bleeding in early p/g though so you never know. Will cross my fingers for you.
{{{{{{{{hugs}}}}}}}}}}}

Wendy, I hope yesterday went OK and not too much of a battering for you. I hope this is a lucky week for you.

(Rom, Wendy, Bella (if you are lurking) had some good news yesterday which I've posted on the Dec thread. Didn't think it right to post it here with the sad news from MMum & Munz)

charleepeters · 03/06/2005 09:02

Morning ladies, af has stopped so i can get back to bding! i have been awake since 3am because i woke up to find our b/room covered in little bugs eeeeeewwwwwwwwww i coulnd sleep in there after that so i let dp have the sofa as he had work at 6am so i havent slept and im knackered! But oh well no rest for the wicked i had better get dressed and start getting rid of the little buggers.

hugs to all xxxx

StarryEyed · 03/06/2005 09:32

Hi girls

Munz, pls ring the doctors and ask for advice. Some people do have a light bleed initially - I think all you can do is rest and nature will take its course. Fingers crossed for you.

Milosmum I am devastated for you. When I had my m/c I cried for so long I felt ill. At one point I lost the will to do anything. Things will get better. I think what you said about not actively trying is a very good idea. You need a break from TTC. Hugs .

munz · 03/06/2005 10:39

rang the Dr's and basically it's feet up, rest and see what happens, althou i'm not holdng out hope. not sure how I feel yet as not entirely sure I accepted I was PG iyswim. DH is being a sweety and v teary today. have come to work as i'd rather keep busy, althou DH is working all weekend 12 hr sifts so will be v v lonely over the w/e.

hula - hope the house sale picks up.

rr - noted the order.

hq is on auto poilet for the next week or so, orders will be sent out as usual.

OP posts:
sparkly · 03/06/2005 11:11

Munz, I'm so sorry you're having to go through this. When I was pg with my dd I did bleed alot at the beginning. I didn't even know I was pregnant and assumed it was AF. It's the waiting that is the hardest, I know. Thinking of you xx

sparkly · 03/06/2005 11:18

Hula - day 6 today for me so 1 day behind you. My normal cycles are 28-30 days but the last one was about 50! No idea what that was all about. When I did get pg in Feb, I must have ov'd late (around day 17) so am going to start BDing on day 12 to day 20! Am sure DP won't be complaining! Just hope he's actually home and not bloody away again!

Sorry to hear about the hassles with the house. It's awful when things are so out of your control like that. Will keep my fingers crossed that the buyer comes good in time for it all to go through.

wendy11 · 03/06/2005 11:37

Good morning Ladies

Milosmum - I am so sorry. Take as long as you need to come to terms with your loss and believe me never feel guilty about crying. It is the best release you can have. Don't bottle it up. Sending you love and hugs.

Munz - please take it easy. The bleeding may be nothing to worry about. Thinking about you and willing everything to be OK.

To everyone else - thank you so much for all your thoughts and prayers - they certainly winged their way to us here in N Ireland.
We had 9 eggs collected yesterday and when we rang this morning 5 have fertilised normally so we are in for embryo transfer on Sunday at 11am.

The egg collection was not as bad as I had anticipated having watched the precious babies documentry I expected to be in agony but thankfully not, although I do feel a bit tender around the ovary area and still beeding a little bit. There were several follicles which did not contain an egg so I suppose it is little wonder that it can take so long to get pg naturally when not all follicles contain eggs and not all eggs are even able to fertilise IYSWIM.

Neither DH or I slept very well last night as we were both worried that the eggs would not fertilise. We had to ring this mroning at 10.15 and I managed to spill my tea at breakfast, drop the milk jug and throw up all in the space of 10mins - talk about nerves.

Now we just hope and pray that the fertilised eggs continue to develop and divide properly and that we have at least 2 really good quality ones to go back on Sunday.

Rom - if this is the route you have to go down as well don't be afraid, its bad but it is not that bad. It is an emotional rollercoaster but then again isn't all ttc

Going to rest today but I will pop back in later on to catch up.

Once again thanks to everyone

jessicasmummy · 03/06/2005 11:39

MUNZ - babe, im sorry. I hope all is ok, and you get some rest.

Really feeling for you and your dh right now. If you want to talk, you know where i am xxx
