Quick query, bought my OPKs online and they came without instructions, can someone confirm that the best time to test is in mid-afternoon?

mine say 12 - 2 but I have found they seem to detect a surge any time of day

hey girls, just checking in! i see some are due to test soon, im still on 2ww af due in 8 days time, had no horrible mixed signals like last month but hopes are not up as didnt bd enough, im keeping check though, i hope for some bfp soon!

Am bored to tears too! My last cycle was 33 days and I am CD26 so still on 2ww. I could cry!!!!!!!

Haven't managed to get on here all weekend with one thing and any other.

I'm now on CD13 and have BD'd on CD6, CD8, CD10 and CD12. DH has just announced that we're getting as much sex in this week as possible as it should be my fertile week .

JamieJay you must be exausted!! I admire your spirit though - if that doesn't work I don't know what will.

My bonkathon turned into a couple of days of half-hearted BDing. I was ill and my DP was on shifts so we were like ships passing in the night. We did it on cd11, 12 (my smiley face day), 13 and 14. Fingers crossed we hit the spot.

I am into the 2ww and bored already.....

Blocka - first month of doing it this often, but after 4 cycles of nothing we're going at it all guns blazing this cycle. DH thinks all his Christmas' have come at once

I don't know for certain when I ovulate so DH has said we'll keep on with the BD'ing until CD22 so the 2ww might only be a week for me, so hopefully the stress will be slightly less.

I've 10 more days to go until i can test but am already feeling AF cramps which is slightly annoying. Think I may try the Deana "sperm meets egg" Plan next month although the thought of shagging every other day from CD10 and then three days in a row after detecting LH sounds EXHAUSTING!!!!

Just resisted the urge to test this morning... 4 days early! Would have probably cracked and given in, except for the fact I only have Clearblue tests and I've heard they're not great at early results.

Bored, Bored Bored.... I sure I can feel AF building up.. but wishful thinking is that its Preg signs.... Roll on Fri when I can test!

So i'm still waiting for my smiley face day!! But i am sticking to the Deana "Sperm meets egg plan" already 'completed' day 8, day 10 and day 12 but the 3 nights in a row after LH surge does sound exhauating, plus i've started Agnus Castus this month so fingers crossed!! I don't actually know what else i can do to improve my chances!! After a year of trying i am now pulling out all the stops!

Hi everyone and massive congratulations to all those who have got bfp's this month!!!

I am nearing the end of 2ww but it could be 3-8 days before af arrives. Am pretty much sure it is coming as I have been feeling irritated by everything at the moment which is classic pms for me. What makes it worse is that I feel down because of my pms but I also feel down because I know that the symptoms mean that I am not pg . Its so painful knowing that another month has gone...

Good luck to all those still trying and to all those waiting to test. I am keeping my fingers crossed for you all. I love hearing all about the bfp's - makes me think that it will happen

Josie22 i know exactly how you feel... my cycle is so inconsistent that i could get AF from toady up until next Friday and yet i've been really argumentative with DH which is a classic sign of PMT for me

hmm - just reading these posts and the Deana thing means I need to BD again tonight. I thought I had a night off til tomorrow. Still DH very happy with all the extra activity so am sure he can be persuaded

cd25 ucd 26 TTC#1 ovulated day 13/14 this month so af may not arive till Sunday, but is scarily quiet, aggh the wait!!

Af due today, and I'm away this weekend so I did a CD test (not digital)... and its come up as a very faint bfp!.... I'm in shock! Will do another tomorrow to confirm... any reccomendations for a "good test"? First reponse, CD digital?

Still in so much shock I keep checking the test... thinking I read it wrong!... It a very faint line.
