The digital tests are the best, I think. You get to see it in writing!

Wow desert fairy, that' fantastic!!! Cogratulations.

Well I am on here we go again...am I aren't I? On day 29 of a 33 day dycle so 4 days til I can test. But lots of symptoms

-very vivid dreams
-waking up every hour
-extreme thirst, especially at night
-tired and achy
-feel detatched/ can't think properly
-very dry skin (never had this before!!)

I guess these could also be symptoms of stress too and feeling very emotional and struggling with this TTC business today!

congrats, desert fairy. Im also testing this weekend. eek think if af hasnt made an apearance by sunday morning i'll be buying a first respone. Have been geting pains in my right side going through to my back today and thought i was gona be sick earlier, but dare not believe it to be a symptom as always tends to be my body tricking me. Also keep geting a mild pressure pain in my urethra on urination, anyone had that before? I know it could be a UTI but i dont think it is. Oh and i had heartburn yesterday, which i have never had before. Funny how trying to concieve has suddenly made me acutly aware of my body, thought i was quite self aware before, now its verging on self obsessed!

also confession time: have already tested twice . although they were only cheapies... think might be pmt now though. grrr.

took us ages to decide now am extremely impatient.

I got the faintest of lines on all 3. Guess will wait til the morning to see for sure....??

wow two new BFPs - how exciting.
I am now officially on the 2ww and am symptom spotting already !
Today I have had nausea, increased weeing ! and period type cramping. I cannot think clearly but that might just been extreme exhaustion as my DS is having a spate of early morning awakenings at the mo. Learnt the hard way that having symptoms usually means nothing !
Good luck to the 2 ww waiters and about to testers.

I'm just lurking but a comment from a midwife about tests - there is no such thing as a false positive. A line is a line and a line means that you are pregnant- hurrah and congrats to both!!

btw - when I got pregnant with dc1, the first test I did was a really faint line ( only if I held it in a certain light and angle). Did another one a few days later and it was very strong

sadly your right sazlocks the bitch got me bang on time,well at least shes regular. Im so torn as now i have totaly missed my ideal window for my business
if i concieve now it will mean closing my business at the busiess time of year and im afraid if im closed too long it will have a permenant detramental effect, . I know you cant plan when to get pregnant but it would help...

Hi ladies, may I join you?

I need to talk to people who won't think I'm stark, raving mad about symptom spotting.
I'm on the dreaded 2ww and I am sure I am pregnant, even though I never have been...!? Is that possible?

I 'feel different' - such a cliche, but I honestly do.
Mid week last week, I started feeling very energised, but put that down to an early night, however it continued until Friday evening. Then Friday afternoon and all day yesterday I have had very slight period cramps in my left side, which are too low for bowel movements (IYKWIM), and my breasts are tender, even more so today.
I have been just been to the bathroom and I have very faint (Beware! TMI) brown discharge.
I am on CD21, had LH surge on CD13(last Sat) and have a UCL of 29-30.

Anyone advise?

angelfairy there is definately a feeling of 'something' different when you are pregnant - so please do not think you are mad! Keep us posted!!!

anyone fancy giving me a stern talking to to stop me googling early pregnancy symptoms again and again and again and again cos I am only on day 19 so I will drive myself mad at this rate before I can test

I got a line on a first response yesterday and am having all the usual symptoms now, have done loads of ebay tests and all faint lines...still finding it hard to believe, and can't believe nausea has kicked in already!

Angelfairy, I can tell you the 2 ww is the worst bit about TTC!

Was determined not to get off this bus until kicked off! Here's a little bit of news I can hardly believe......BFP!! And according to the MN calculator EDD 22/01/10, just two days after dd#1's birthday. Gotta love drunken wedding anniversaries.......... Best of luck to all you other hopeful stragglers. xx

Congratulations.. Alfiesmadmother and Ilovedolly.... that's great news!!!!

Just to confirm I've now done 4 tests all bfp's .... and this mornings' CD (not digital)the line was much stronger... Very pleased that Hcg levels are increasing!
