Anyone want to join me in a waiting to conceive thread ? Anyone else really broody but can't TTC yet ?

Hi everyone! Hubby and I are desperately broody and have been for a few years. We're hoping to TTC later this year, we're having to wait til Hubby finishes his degree as we just can't afford to have a baby whilst he's a student. Am wanting to come off the pill round about May, and hopefully TTC about Nov/Dec. Want to come off the pill a few months early as I've been on it for over 14 yrs, and would like to know what its like to have normal periods!

Be nice to know if anyone else is in a similar situation.

I don't think there is ever a 'right time' to have children! You will never be prepared for what parenthood will throw at you!

I am going to try talking to DH some more. Trouble is now my mother has decided to visit on Sunday & staying til Tuesday. Which I could really do without as she isn't exactly a calming influence & DH & I will have no space to talk at all!

Sneakily bought some folic acid as vitamins were 3for2 & I was buying other stuff. Just really hoping I can talk DH back into TTC in June. I just feel like I need more children. As amazing as DD is I feel I have more to give as a parent IYKWIM?!

Anyone object if I start a new thread for this? Since we have hit 40 pages, don't want us to fall off the end!!

a new thread is a great idea....i wouldn't mind, as a newer member, being in on the start for once!
