So I'm pretty much put this month, giving up all hope its happening this month. I know August is still a week away but thought I'd start a thread for the August TTCers.
How's everyone doing?

Feeling down as I'm starting to get my usual AF symptoms. Does anyone else get pain in their tailbone area before coming on?

I really don’t think I am. If I don’t have any spotting or bleeding today I’ll take a test first thing tomorrow

AF for me this morning, feeling ready to go again in September though and had come to terms with it over the last couple of days. Hoping everyone here gets their BFPs! ❤️

Have you tested? How many dpo are you?

Caved and tested this morning but BFN. Hoping to not try again until Saturday/Sunday as I know there's still a large chance of false negative at this point but do have the feeling I'm out this cycle

Oh no! Hopefully you were just too early, you aren't out of the game till AF arrives.

And yeah, I also have a feeling I am out this cycle 😥I'm trying so hard not to test, I really don't want to get into the habit of testing early.

Ugh just had some light pink spotting so reckon thats me out for this cycle.

I’m having typical low period pains today 8dpo. I think AF is coming. :(

8dpo is still very early implantation often hasn't even finished by then, do you usually experience cramps so early? How long is your luteal phase?

Is you're due on Saturday like me it could be implantation! If it is AF though I am sorry 🩷 I am also due Saturday and starting to feel to usual telltale signs she's on her way 😩

I did yesterday and there was a shadow line. I haven’t tested today. The spotting has started and getting darker so it’s definitely my period. I’m 12DPO

Ugh I hate doing that, I've lost count the number of months I've gone to make frequent loo visits ksit to check, really raised the anxiety doesn't it.
Do you usually spot long before you're due on? I usually spot a bit the day before.

Hi all, spent a bit of time away from the board. I’m now 4dpo and trying not to get too obsessive over it (ha!) how is everyone else doing? I tried to catch up but I’ve missed too much. @inkgirl @HelloDarknessmyoldfrenemy how are you both?

I have PCOS and endo, I’ve only had three periods this year. It’s hard to know what’s my usual for cycles. 🫠 since having my dc my periods have been pretty painless and surprising me when they come. Although sometimes I do cramp a week before I actually start.

Yes I normally spot a bit the day its due then full on the next day. So its a couple of days early.

Aw I see sorry to hear, it must be really tricky to track then. But 8dpo is still early sit here's still a chance..I think I'm about 11dpo today

Would that mean you may have ovulated earlier than you thought? I think I'm about 11dpo today but feel a bit twingy as I usually do with AF imminent

I dont think so, I tested ovulation so pretty sure on my dates, can't be 100% though so just got to wait and see. No more spotting so far and been getting the odd twinge all afternoon.

Its so hard isnt it because pretty much all the pregnancy symptoms are also PMT 😂

I do remember in previous pregnancies feeling pregnant when I took the tests.

13DPO. Slight spotting, another negative test. I just want my period to start now

Sorry to hear that, I've just done a negative test at 10dpo, I know people say that's to early but I just know I'm out again. On to cycle 12, have our first appt with the fertility clinic next week though. Just gonna start mentally preparing for IVF. I think the hardest thing is not knowing if/when it will happen. If someone could just say it will happen in 6 months that would be fine and mean I could plan my life accordingly haha.

I feel fine about it. I knew this month wasn’t the one so I could mentally prepare myself for it. 10DPO is definitely early but I’d say go with your gut. In my opinion, it’s best to prepare for IVF and then if it happens naturally great and if not you already know you’re going to have IVF.

Right with you, my cycle 12 (maybe 11 of accurate timing) is just ending, all my usual symptoms of AF in place so I'm sure she'll be here by tomorrow which is when she's due.

It's so emotionally draining..I think that's the difference, really. Most tiring things in life only physically or mentally drain you but this is emotional so it hits differently. find I just have less time for other people's problems as they usually seem so insignificant in comparison to this. Can't bring myself to care frankly, when I used to make the time for people. I also have fertility appointments, having a hycosy in October if nothing has still happened and if they find an issue I think I'm genuinely just gonna say 'no shit Sherlock". 😂😭

I'm sorry, hopefully it comes today.
