Hi guys! Opening a thread for those ttc in the new year! I'll be starting again after an MMC in November, fingers crossed that this'll be a lucky year for all!

I think it doesn’t help that a lot of symptoms are subjective like fatigue, mood swings etc, so influenced by other things as well.

Is your AF also due Tues/Weds then? I think I will have caved and done a test by then

@CatsMcGoo I normally have a very short LP, so technically I am due on today/tomorrow but I am on progesterone to lengthen it so test day for me is technically Weds...but I doubt I will last that long!

@ttcmumof3 @Anya23 - wow, wasn’t expecting those responses! Thanks for the help both. Showed my husband and he obviously couldn’t see a thing and thought I was mad 😂

Think I’m just going to wait until Tuesday morning to do another test then I’ll have a definitive answer. Not expecting much as obviously only first month and am anticipating a bit of a struggle for various reasons.

I'm due on AF on Tuesday and am planning to test on Wednesday if I don't get it by then - the wait is killing me!

Haven’t posted in a few days… started light stringy bleeding on Tuesday 6th afternoon, into Wednesday (heavy!!) same again Thursday with cramps, worse than a period cramp and then today - zero bleeding. Totally gone. My usual cycle is 5 days.

I’ve had 2.5 days of dark red/ brown flow, at times it was worse than a period. Actually had to use tampons & a pad at times. However - I’m not due my period till 11/12th January.

I’ve still had headaches and the odd ovary niggles and my boobs still feel fuller than normal.

Very strange & never experienced this before - ever!!

I’m going to wait and see what happens over the weekend & may buy a test.

Ive googled till my eyes stung, but keen to know if this has happened to anyone before?

I know I have fibroids from my last pregnancy 13yrs ago…. Not hopeful probably more concerned.

Evening all - been reading all the successes! My CM has changed - significantly more, thicker and creamy white. Think it implies I've already ovulated (that or I have thrush, which I've never had before!!). If I've ovulated then it was a couple of days earlier than expected. Little bit frustrated as we last dtd CD11. Now CD14. Will dtd tonight but I think I might be in the tww! Hoping to hold off testing...

Well I usually have a strict policy of not testing until my period is late, which saves me a lot of money in tests as I’m literally never late.

This afternoon I caved and tested late afternoon with a clear blue early digital…BFN. Not had a great day, with a message from the GP to say the hospital have rejected our referral to fertility clinic, and a birth announcement in a WhatsApp group. Virtually everyone from my antenatal group from my first DC have now had or are expecting number 2. So I’m sulking this evening with a glass of wine 😂 (a small one, just in case!)

Just tested tonight again and got a BFP! Faint but definitely there 😭 wishing you all the same ❤️

Try to stay positive. I tested again and BFN I don’t know why I do this to myself honestly. I have decided to not tell anyone about how I’m feeling. It feels like everyone I know just had an “accident” and then boom! We are in this together however the journey looks xx
