Hi guys! Opening a thread for those ttc in the new year! I'll be starting again after an MMC in November, fingers crossed that this'll be a lucky year for all!

@Jill4578I would keep testing, how long are your cycles normally? Flo knows when your next period will be, because you entered the data many times, for me it took a few months of tracking ovulation for it to predict that correctly as well. Although my cycles have varied since having my daughter, the last three cycles were 25 which is the same as I had before my dd and before starting the pill years back. I ovulate on day 12!

28 days usually bob on, im going to keep testing to see. Hopefully the peak shows up tomorrow or Saturday so Wednesday sperm has a chance😂

@Jill4578 i found that I seem to ovulate the day after my Flo app predicts it. I’d keep testing list for clarity.

Anyone got amy advice on taking vitamins? I really struggle swallowing tablets and bought some conception vitamins and they are so big! Took me ages to get it down and could feel the coating coming off in my mouth 😰😂

I also haven’t had a positive LH test this month (or ever as far as I can remember) despite testing 3x a day. I also never got one the month we conceived my little boy, so worried I wasn’t ovulating but clearly I was.
This round of trying I’ve been checking my CM and BBT alongside LH and feel confident I’ve pinpointed ovulation. Now just got to wait to test!
From what I’ve seen online, some people have LH that builds to a peak over a week, and some have rapid onset in 12/24 hours. Supposedly some people’s LH level is just lower so will never show a peak on ovulation tests, but they still ovulate normally.

I bought gummy vitamins last pregnancy as I had such bad morning sickness I couldn’t face swallowing tablets. Just like eating a sweet. They do some on Amazon :)

I had the gummies last pregnancy too but only saw the conception tablets in boots. Feel like I need to power through these packs and then I will get some gummies 😂

I have tested negative this morning but unsure of DPO, it could be 12, 9 or 7.

I have however started to get my usually symptoms of AF being on the way, I always get a bit of a cold before AF, a little backed up, back pain etc. I’m thinking am out this month, only based on that I was so sure with my 1st that I was pregnant and this time I don’t feel that way!

@Jill4578 I also use Flo to track but, judging by EWCM and other symptoms, suspect that I ovulate day 15-16 rather than 14 as Flo tells me. I’m going to track with OPKs this cycle so interested to see if my hunch is right!

Officially think i’m out. I feel like I can see a line if I squint but surely I shouldn’t still be squinting to search for a line by now???

When did you do your last one @amey44? HcG only increases after a certain amount of time 24-48 hours so you may not be out yet

@BellaStar2020I took the one with the white back ground today at 8am and the other one yesterday around 6pm . I just don’t know what to think I kinda regret testing so early because I don’t want to get my hopes up but it’s all I can think about now!

9dpo for me today so starting to get anxious 😭 I don’t test early any more as I find seeing a negative test much harder to deal with than getting my period.

Does anyone else have a big variation in their PMS symptoms month to month? It’s driving me nuts as every month I think ooh this is different to last month, maybe this is it - and then it’s not. Last month I started cramping days before my period which is not usual for me, but it came to nothing. This month I’m noticing a bit of blood when I blow my nose, which I had throughout my last pregnancy, but I suppose it could also be the colder weather.

I 100% understand where you are coming from and it’s really tough. What DPO are you today?
if you think you can see a line, the likelihood is it wouldn’t have got any darker from last night to this morning.

when I had my DD, I got a positive very very faint line, then 2 days of negatives and then I got a very clear positive. It’s not over until AF sings!

I have given my tests to my partner and told him under no circumstances let me have one until after my AF is due on Monday this month as my mind wouldn’t switch off.

The amazing thing about this group is that we are all going through something similar and hoping for the best outcome. You won’t be judged for testing early, repetitively testing or symptom spotting. I think the fact that so many of us in here are doing the same thing shows how normal it is and are just signs that we all really want to conceive 🥰 be kind to yourself xx

@CatsMcGoo 9DPO for me today too! I also have a tonne of varying symptoms, so I can never rely on them. When I actually conceived my MMC, I needed to pee all the time... but I drink like 5 litres of water a day and drink lots of tea so I need to pee a lot normally so I can never rely on this as a sign! Before my MMC when AF was coming I would get really sore boobs, now I never get sore boobs at all. This month I had cramping on my left side on 7DPO, never had that before. So god knows. I tested yesterday but BFN. My garmin told me some of my heath metrics were off overnight, but I think it's just the weather and me feeling a bit run down! I have two clearblue early dectection tests at home, but don't think I am even going to bother with them!

Hi everyone, wondering if someone can help with these tests please. First cycle of actively tracking and I’m feeling a bit insane as a chronic over thinker!

8DPO which I know is too early to test but I fell asleep on the sofa at 7pm twice this week which I have literally never done in my life before!!! I am 99% sure these are negative but then the inverted confused me (although I know it’s almost certainly an indent line). More than happy to be told it’s negative, just wanted to get someone else’s eyes on it!

@ripleynot hi, that looks exactly like mine! I definitely see a faint line there but it’s so hard to tell if it’s an Evap. Definitely test again tomorrow or the next day and see 🙏
