Diege, it wasn't anyone famous, just someone I know and not male either

Squack · 29/05/2008 12:22

Ooh Moos!
hehehe

Was it Diege?

Diege · 29/05/2008 12:23

PMSL . Was I any good then?? Was I, was I???

Squack · 29/05/2008 12:26

lmao

It's just the beginning, it's not the end, things will never be the same again!

Moosma · 29/05/2008 12:26

Sorry Diege, it wasn't you! I did wake up with a smile though

Aaaaaaaaanyway. So that's a symptom then? Oh dear, now you've got my hopes up!

Moosma · 29/05/2008 12:27

DD1 is looking at me oddly wondering why I'm laughing at the pooter

Squack · 29/05/2008 12:29

I love roody dreams! One of the perks of being pg. Most of mine didn't involve Dh either

Maybe it's like eating food on holiday. You don't want to eat the same meals as you do at home.
You wanna have something different. Dreams do just that.

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 29/05/2008 12:33

Ohhhh Moos, had same dream with a very definate un-male person, then got BFP

Still not got time to be here..... roll on 8.55am Monday morning

OP posts:
Squack · 29/05/2008 12:35

what are you up to NJ?

lastboxoftampons · 29/05/2008 12:37

WOW, Moos! sounds like you had quite a night! Did your dream involve a super soaker????

Right. My Preseed is here!!!! DH's office isn't too far from mine, wonder if he's up for a lunchtime quickie Ah, if only! It's so not him! I once had to use all my skills of persuasion to get him to do it in an quiet field in my parents' car when we were visiting them. Even then, he thought the deer were looking at him

Seriously, though, if I'm meant to O today, do you think GOF with preseed tonight is too late? I mean, we'll do it anyway, but aren't they supposed to be up there already??? Okay, I already know your answers - and that's for me to stop obsessing and just enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

lastboxoftampons · 29/05/2008 12:40

PMSL - so it's not just ordinary naughty dreams that are a symptom, they have to be naughty dreams with bisexual tendencies????

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 29/05/2008 12:42

Just the usual Squack, one eye on the time, one eye on mumsnet, one hand baking cakes, one hand typing, one ear on the telly, one ear on the baby monitor, one question to DS1, one demand to DS1, etc. etc. etc.

And if I think it is bad now, the next school hols is 6 farking weeks long......

OP posts:
Squack · 29/05/2008 12:54

Tell him you can't stop thinking about him and you'll race him home.

that or pounce as soon as he's through the door wearing lingerie

rofl at bisexual super-soaker dreams

Soooooo dirty Moos are you going to test and if so when?

lastboxoftampons · 29/05/2008 12:58

RE: bisexual super soaker dreams - I get it now - once you're actually up the duff, you start dreaming of the perfect partner - one who can fulfill your fantasies and will actually help out raising the kids, taking care of the house, cooking, etal It's the ultimate in nesting!

Moosma · 29/05/2008 13:03

Good point LBOT, I hadn't thought of it that way!

I shall be testing on about sunday next week, how about you Squack?

Squack · 29/05/2008 13:08

A week on Friday.

I'm off out now...later x

kayzisexpecting · 29/05/2008 13:43

Hello.

The scan is tomorrow at 20 past 1. I'm dreading it as you now have to drink 1 and a half pints of water before going instead of just 1.

I'm really tired today and my feet ache.
I saw my friend who has 6 weeks to go and I'm not much smaller than her. Its dreadful. I also saw my old MW today who said that some women get bloating in the first 12 weeks and it may go down soon to be replaced by a proper bump later on.

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 29/05/2008 14:34

Have decided I am going to rent one of those doppler things, it's only £20 a month (£25 first month to inc. P&P), and if you rent it for 6 months it becomes yours, you'd easily get one for less than £120 but if I didn't want it for 6 months (which I don't think I will) then I'm not paying for all of it at once IYSWIM? On the other hand if I do end up keeping it, they sell on eBay really well from what I've seen, so I can't lose

I think I have picked up the gist of all the egg whites/turkey basters/super soaker whatsits, all I can say is PMSL, shame on you all, damn I missed it.....

I have a headache if anyone want's it?

Moosma · 29/05/2008 14:36

No thanks Nat I seem to have had one for the last few weeks on and off, must get off MN an eye test.

DD2 has woken up after a 2 hour sleep and seems a bit better

kayzisexpecting · 29/05/2008 14:39

I have had one for the past week Nat, you can keep it.

NatalieJaneIsPregnantAgain · 29/05/2008 14:43

Tut at you lot, fancy looking a gift horse in the mouth?

I want chinese food, NOW goddamnit, noodles and prawn toast, and special fried rice and singapore fried rice, with a battered sausage on top LOL

OP posts:
kayzisexpecting · 29/05/2008 14:52

Nat stop it!!!!! You are making me hungry

I'm now about to eat chips and cheese with lots of mayonnaise!!

happynappies · 29/05/2008 14:52

so - just back from swimming with dd... Wouldn't dare post this on AIBU because I'm sure I probably am being, but grrrrrrrrr!!! Me and a couple of other mums have been going to parent and toddler swimming for about a year now - every Thursday lunch-time. We always go up to the cafe after the swimming, and between us buy various sandwiches/jacket pots etc. Thing is, I'm on a tight budget so always buy a drink, and sit with the other while the lo's eat. I bring home-prepared food for my dd, the others bring various yoghurts and rice cakes etc to supplement what they buy. Anyway, today was told it is not allowed (bringing food from home). Am really upset because it basically means we can't go anymore. We'll have to look for somewhere else to swim. Have just emailed them though to clarify because some babies have jars that are brought from home - where is the cut off point? Sorry to rant.

Again its taken my mind of ttc. Got a red light again on FF so no GOF for me yet. All the egg white/turkey baster stuff sounds good - good luck everyone. Hope we'll be getting our BFP's soon!
